クレタン・ドリーム・リゾート・アンド・スパ

たまたまですが、隣接のクレタン ドリーム ロイヤル ・スイートのプライベートプール付きのスイートルームにアップグレードしてもらい、最高の時間を過ごせました。 部屋のクリーニングの際には、毎朝ベッドにタオルアートを施していただいたり、ホスピタリティが最高でした。またクレタに旅行に来訪の際には滞在したいと思います。お薦めのホテルです。

　５泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。部屋の広さもまずまず、掃除も行き届いて清潔、申し分なし、と言いたいところですが、一点だけ、 シャワールームが狭くて、またカーテンもないので、どう工夫しても水浸しになってしまうところだけは改善の余地があるかと思います。 　食事は、ハーフボードという朝食・夕食付きのプランにしました。ブッフェではありますが、毎日少しづつメニューにも変化があり、飽きることもありませんでした。特に、朝食時のヨーグルトは絶品。すっかりギリシャヨーグルトのファンになりました。またぜひとも訪れたい場所です。

Our second time dating at Cretan Dream and it won’t be the last as we plan on coming again in 2027. The amenities, atmosphere, and attention to detail are bar none to any accommodations we have experienced in Europe. Spyro and the front desk staff were incredible. Toula and her sweet husband anticipated our needs and made sure we were always “in the know” for meal service and events. Cretan Dream also provides several weekly experience nights including: tomahawk steaks, Cretan night with music and dancing, and a seafood feast. Bravo to Petro and his brother for an incredible establishment. Can’t wait until 2027!

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente incrível! Viajamos em família, com nossos dois filhos pequenos, e vivemos dias verdadeiramente inesquecíveis. Desde a nossa chegada, fomos recebidos com muita gentileza, simpatia e atenção por toda a equipe. O hotel é excelente, muito bem cuidado, confortável e acolhedor. Nosso quarto era espaçoso, impecável e perfeito para acomodar nossa família com todo o conforto. Ficamos especialmente emocionados com a surpresa que prepararam para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento. Foi um gesto carinhoso que tornou nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Um agradecimento especial ao Petros, que nos proporcionou um atendimento impecável durante toda a estadia. Sempre extremamente solícito, gentil e atencioso. Sem dúvidas, ele fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Saímos com o coração cheio de gratidão e memórias maravilhosas. Recomendo este hotel de olhos fechados para quem busca excelência, hospitalidade e momentos inesquecíveis. Muito obrigada por tornarem nossas férias tão especiais!

Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again

Very friendly staff, they take pride in what they do have help you feel comfortable and welcome which are especially important for solo travellers like myself.

Our stay at this beachfront resort was nothing short of incredible — easily the best resort experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The beachfront location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. What truly made this place unforgettable was the exceptional staff and customer service. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — easily one of the highlights of our trip. A very special thank you to the owner, who went completely above and beyond for us. Due to our flight arriving late, we were stressed and worried about transportation and meals, but the owner personally arranged everything for us — including our taxi, meals after arrival, and even helped organize trips during our stay. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay. We will absolutely be returning!

We had a good stay overall, with a few things worth noting. The staff were excellent. Petros handled a leak in our room brilliantly and upgraded us to a suite while it was fixed. The bar staff were also very attentive and friendly. The main downside was the spa setup. For a hotel marketed as a 5* hotel and spa, it was disappointing that all facilities come at an extra cost. The sauna and jacuzzi require a private booking (30 minutes, €25–30 per person). The jacuzzi was also only lukewarm and only seemed to heat up towards the end, which goes very quickly. It was also a shame the indoor spa pool was closed. I understand this is no longer advertised, but it would have made a big difference, especially in bad weather. That said, the massages were excellent and worth the €50–60 per person. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The older side shows wear, with stains on couches and cushions, but the beds were comfortable and housekeeping was great. The suite was lovely. I would recommend paying extra for newer rooms in the spa building. Breakfast had nice touches like local honey, also given as a check-out gift, but vegetarian options were limited. Indoor seating can be tight in colder months. Overall, great service but not quite a 5* spa experience.

Enjoyed my stay at the Cretan dream Resort and spa. Very friendly and helpful staff! We were well catered to. Amazing views, food, room and service!

The staff were so kind. I arrived after 10.30 and they had a wrap and a bit of salad to eat. The porter was helpful, explaining where everything was and how to use the room features. A beautiful resort.

Our 5 night stay at the Cretan Dream Resort was excellent. Nothing to fault about the Resort only that Stalos doesn't offer a great choice for evening dining and there isn't much of an atmosphere either. Hire a car for a short drive, 7.5km, into neighbouring Platanias for a wide selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment.

Beautiful hotel and great service. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming.
