石造りのおしゃれで清潔な部屋、エーゲ海のオーシャンビュー、スタッフさんのホスピタリティ、どれも素晴らしく、オフシーズンながら最高のステイが出来ました！

こちらの要望に対してしっかりとご対応いただき、大変助かりました。 眺めも良く、イアを訪れた際にはまた宿泊したいと思います。

チェックインの際にワインを用意して出迎えてくれました。スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で、朝食はとても美味しかったです。

Staff were exceptional! My room was a cave, but it did need some work to freshen it up. All the drains were very rusty, my hot tub had a fair amount of dirt in it, and my bath mat had a stain when I arrived. The room was a tad warm, but the unit that was for heat/air had a broken power button and nothing appeared on the screen, so I couldn’t control the temperature. I’d have hoped, for a property that said luxury, that it wouldn’t have had these things that needed freshening. An explanation about needing to press a button to get hot water for the shower would also have been helpful!

We stayed in the Sanudo room and had an amazing time! Perfect location. Perfect staff. Hot tub for the cool nights was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!!

The view is incredible, the room is spotless, and the staff, particularly Diamantis, is incredibly friendly. The complimentary breakfast is also highly recommended.

The accommodations are outstanding. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was amazing! The view is breathtaking. Staff friendly and great with any requests asked. Well looked after.

staff was amazing, place was extremely clean, accommodated for everything we could possibly need, extremely helpful every step of the way, the driver they had set up for us kostas was genuinely one of the most amazing people we’ve ever met and the man that set everything up for us and helped us plan our trip while we were staying there was amazing. he made sure we were fed made sure it was cleaned every day and provided everything we could ever want, the porter was also amazing. really good people work here and santorini was awe inspiring, highly recommend. thank you ducato. it was unforgettable.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout, and the breakfast was very good. The location is perfect—right in Oia and close to all the main viewpoints. Would happily stay again.

Superbe vue !!!

Ducato Di Oia was an excellent stay, even in the off season of November. The receptionist Nadja was incredibly kind and stayed to welcome us from our late flight and made us dinner reservations when requested. The breakfasts each day were great and the heated plunge pool in our rooms were a great respite after a day of exploring Santorini. Its central location in Oia made walking to shops and restaurants ideal.

Staff went above and beyond

We stayed here for 4 nights and had the best time ever! The staff was amazing and food in the morning was incredible! We would recommend this place always for a place in Oia. The room was so clean and unique and the plunge pool had the best views!! Made our stay so magical! We can’t wait to come back to Santorini and stay here!!

The location and view is just unbelievable. Views looking out to both the caldera infront of you and also the beautiful Oia buildings behind you. The hot-tub was great too. The porters very friendly and hard-working. Additionally, the hotel staff are available on WhatsApp 24/7 and were so helpful answering questions, sorting rentals for us - pretty much like a personal tour guide. 10/10 highly recommend.

We really like this property. It’s beautiful on the outside. It’s not for everybody because it is in a cave very dark not so comfortable on your feet in the shower bath room due to the fact it’s stones. Getting to the room again is not for everybody unless you are able to go up and downstairs walk on uneven surfaces and 116 steps I would say it’s a great property. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to do both the people they are very nice and the food was good. The guys who carried our luggage to our room and from our room were amazing

The service was A1, very friendly. They contacted us via WhatsApp the day before our arrival flight to let us know if we had any needs, and they helped us with transportation, sending a taxi to the airport. We were greeted by a man who helped us with our luggage (which was very helpful because carrying suitcases to the room is terrible). On the first day, they gave us a complimentary wine, and breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The day we left, checkout was at 11:00 a.m., but our taxi was scheduled to pick us up at 12:00 p.m. They allowed us to stay an extra hour without any problems. 100% recommended. We stayed in a room with a view of the caldera and pool. Truly luxurious.
