Ducato Di Oia was an excellent stay, even in the off season of November. The receptionist Nadja was incredibly kind and stayed to welcome us from our late flight and made us dinner reservations when requested. The breakfasts each day were great and the heated plunge pool in our rooms were a great respite after a day of exploring Santorini. Its central location in Oia made walking to shops and restaurants ideal.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had the best time ever! The staff was amazing and food in the morning was incredible! We would recommend this place always for a place in Oia. The room was so clean and unique and the plunge pool had the best views!! Made our stay so magical! We can’t wait to come back to Santorini and stay here!!

The location and view is just unbelievable. Views looking out to both the caldera infront of you and also the beautiful Oia buildings behind you. The hot-tub was great too. The porters very friendly and hard-working. Additionally, the hotel staff are available on WhatsApp 24/7 and were so helpful answering questions, sorting rentals for us - pretty much like a personal tour guide. 10/10 highly recommend.

We really like this property. It’s beautiful on the outside. It’s not for everybody because it is in a cave very dark not so comfortable on your feet in the shower bath room due to the fact it’s stones. Getting to the room again is not for everybody unless you are able to go up and downstairs walk on uneven surfaces and 116 steps I would say it’s a great property. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to do both the people they are very nice and the food was good. The guys who carried our luggage to our room and from our room were amazing

The service was A1, very friendly. They contacted us via WhatsApp the day before our arrival flight to let us know if we had any needs, and they helped us with transportation, sending a taxi to the airport. We were greeted by a man who helped us with our luggage (which was very helpful because carrying suitcases to the room is terrible). On the first day, they gave us a complimentary wine, and breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The day we left, checkout was at 11:00 a.m., but our taxi was scheduled to pick us up at 12:00 p.m. They allowed us to stay an extra hour without any problems. 100% recommended. We stayed in a room with a view of the caldera and pool. Truly luxurious.

I enjoyed staying here. It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. The room we booked had an ocean & partial caldera view with a plunge pool. The downside to it was that it wasn’t that private - there was a room next to ours where the guests had to walk through our balcony/pool to get to it. So don’t expect any privacy. The rooms are also very dark, not many lights in there and the bathroom looks very cave like & dark. The air conditioner also wasn’t very good and barely worked so in early June, our room was blistering hot at all times even with the air con running. The breakfast was delicious and served right to your balcony. Having the porter carry our luggage up and down the stairs was a great help. There were also stray cats & kittens living in the sewer next to the room.

The hotel is very pretty set on the hillside. The steps up to and down from the Main Street are very tough to traverse multiple times a day. The rooms are large with a very pretty motif. Each room has a jacuzzi. The views are fantastic. The staff was extremely hospitable.
