スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。 タクシーのアレンジも丁寧でしたし、出先で忘れ物をしたと伝えたら、電話をかけてくれて、とても親切でした。 このホテルを拠点に、メテオラやサントリーニに旅行したので、連泊は2日だけでしたが、計4泊しました。 場所は、プラカにあり、お土産屋さん街にも近いし、アクロポリスまでも、歩いて行ける便利なところです。 ただ、宿泊料金の割には、バスタブがある部屋に当たったことはなく、途中でバスタブのある部屋にして欲しいとリクエストしましたが、同じ価格帯にはなく、差額料金を払うと言っても、空いていないと言われました。 一度だけ、アクロポリスがみえるバルコニー付きの部屋になったことがありましたが、それでも、バスタブはありません。 また、隣の騒音がよく聞こえます。 そのあたりの施設面は、少し、残念に思いました。

タクシーのストライキを事前に知らせてくれて、空港でのピックアップサービスをアレンジしてくれたのは、本当に助かった。 時間の変更も含めて、3度くらいはやりとりをした。このコンシェルジュのサービスは、素晴らしかった。 その他、ホテルのスタッフの対応は、大変、素晴らしかった。 それに対して、客室の設備は、お部屋の料金に比べて、あまりよくなかった。 ベッドが２つではなく１つだったのもつらかったが、何よりも困ったのは、風呂桶がなかったことだ。このクラスのホテルで、シャワーしかないというのは、残念でしかない。日本人は、風呂桶を好むので、このホテルを選ぶ場合には、シャワーしかない可能性があることに、注意が必要だと思う。

スタッフは皆親切で大変気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 アジア人は私の他に見当たりませんでしたが、何も気になりませんでした。 機会があればまた利用したいと思っています。

アメニティが不十分。

アテネ観光に立地が良い、近隣にはレストラン多く、中華料理店もあり助かりました。ホテルの食堂からアクアポリスが見え最高でした。朝食内容もよい。ロビーの方も親切で、車手配、空港までのタクシー料金確認していただき安心して乗車できました。老夫婦

Great pool view and room view. Convenient location and friendly/helpful team members. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent hotel with fantastic location 10-15 minutes walk from the acropolis and many other important sites of Athens. The buffet breakfast had many options and its location on the 8th floor with views of the acropolis is a perfect way to start the day in Athens.

This is a wonderful hotel in an amazing location in Platka! The rooftop restaurant for breakfast and any other meal has the most magnificent view of the Acropolis and Athens as a whole. I would definitely stay there again when in Athens. What I want to identify to others booking is that the images shared on Expedia did not match what I expected in my hotel room. Our hotel room, a classic double was disappointing. All the images of the hotel showed everything bright and shiny. I was surprised when we walked down a dated hallway. The carpet was old and clearly in need of replacing. Our room while decent did not represent well the image that we saw when we booked. It too, was dated. There were no plugs by the bed to charge any items or plug in a cpac ( the hotel after hearing my complaint offered an extension cord). The wallpaper was worn as well. In short, the room has not been modernized and is in need of an update. The room is European small and hard to navigate with two suitcases. The bathroom did seem to be more updated. The couple we travelled with booked on another site and for a very slight higher rate had a beautiful modernized large room. The dated hallways on the floors cross section with the newer more modern wing and their updated hallways. The contrast is clear. I am adding this review to allow others booking to get the room they are expecting.

The rooms were clean but the furniture was in bad need of updating. Room came with buffet which was excellent. Great views from the bar. It just was not a strong value considering price.

Lovely hotel! Very happy with the service, staff and excellent location.

The hotel itself is a beautiful, well maintained, lovely location. The hotel is very well decorated and has rich design that makes it feel like a true 5-star hotel. We loved the front desk and lobby staff. They were all very helpful and kind. The average guests age was around 60 years old and we were constantly questioned about rather we were guest or not when attempting to visit the restaurant or bar. It became very frustrating and off to be questioned based on our age (30’s) as if younger guests couldn’t possibly be staying there. It made us very uncomfortable and we took drinks to go the next night instead of sitting on the beautiful terrace that overlooks the Acropolis of Athens. Other than that, our stay was great and the hotel has everything you need to be centrally located to every major site.

Excellent Hotel in prime location. Restaurants are excellent. Management and staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Beautiful Hotel in prime location to see all the sights. Excellent management and professional staff who were helpful and kind. Breakfast was outstanding! We dined at both restaurants and the food was excellent. Views from the rooftop restaurant is magnificent! We highly recommend this Hotel. We stayed two nights and taxi to the airport was easy.

Had a great stay! Location was terrific, in the Plaka area of Athens and near to shops and restaurants. Hotel stay very helpful and courteous. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel.
