The location is ok , but the charger is not near by the bed .

After spending two nights in a lovely yet noisy suite near the elevator on the 5th floor, we were delighted when Sofia from Guest Relations kindly upgraded us to the presidential suite. The new suite was not only spacious but also blissfully quiet, creating a perfect retreat for our stay. Thank you, Sofia, for this thoughtful gesture! We can't wait to return.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, good location in the area of Plaka. Good choice of breakfast with a gorgeous view of the Acropolis. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again if i return to Athens.

Excellent hotel in prime location. Staff were very Friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room was clean and our view of the Acropolis from our balcony was stunning! Roof top restaurant for breakfast every day was very special. Lovely touch of cake and fizz for my husband’s birthday. And we were stuck at the airport when we arrived due to a national strike. The hotel came to our rescue and found us a car. Highly recommend.

We loved this hotel the staff was great and the location is prefect. The bed was very comforable and we loved the restaurant on the roof. The view is amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

The view was excellent on the rooftop and breakfast buffet was amazing.

Staff extremely helpful.

The property was absolutely perfect for our few days in Athens. The welcome from the staff was so nice from the beginning. They took special care for our anniversary and we were so thankful for that. The view was amazing overlooking the Acropolis.

What a great place!! And the Staff just made it better! There were plenty of staff, so waiting for help was never an issue. They were ALL very friendly and very helpful! Just a great experience. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Classy hotel. Top of the line in Athens Plaka region. Excellent staff, lobby, and roof top bar / restaurant. The breakfast is just outstanding. The lady that tends to the buffet items is a jewel. So sweet and wanting to please her customers.

The front desk staff were very helpful! Our room was nice but small. There was construction happening in the room above us which began before 9am so sleeping in wasn’t an option. This went on through the day until dinner. The pool had a great view of the acropolis although it was a small area with limited loungers. The number of people who “saved” these few loungers with their towels was annoying. We spent 3 hours by the pool one afternoon and the beds were still being unused while others had no where to sit. The breakfast buffet was amazing (a huge variety and very delicious) however I wish I could say the same for the service. For what is deemed a luxury hotel I felt I shouldn’t have had to track down someone to bring coffee to the table. We didn’t have one wait staff check on us or ask if we needed anything. We cleared our own plates. Overall it was a very average stay in a very expensive hotel.
