The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Many options, healthy and tasty. The room was comfortable but the washroom was tiny. The hotel is near the old town, about 5 minutes walking. But the area around the hotel was a little dirty and dark at night. It was tough to get to the hotel from the port by walking. I had to climb a long steep slope with a wheeled suitcase. The sidewalk was narrow, so had to walk on the vehicle road. So when returning to the port from the hotel, I decided to call uber (just 5 minutes driving) but no drivers would accept the request.

Communication from hotel staff not good. Asked twice for additional bedding which they confirmed but never provided.

We stayed for one night at Infinity city hotel to take our ferry the next morning. It was well located closed to the port and in the old town. The Hotel was all good, but our standard room was a bit small. Also the breakfast was OK, but not as good as what we have had in other hotels so why we gave 4 stars.

Hotel seemed run down, room wasnt like the pictures, they tried to rebook me to a eprse hotel on the day of my reservation due to a plumbing issue, very frustrating endeavor.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Breakfast has limited variety and choice. Bathroom is rather small. Room itself is quite spacious. Supermarket is nearby and hotel is close to city center.

I arrived midnight and couldn’t get my room since there were nobody and no information. I had to go another hotel.

The hotel is very nice. Staff is very pleasant and attentive. The view from our room was lovely, and the room itself was so nice and had every convenience. It is walkable to the city center which was so convenient. The only issue we had was our plane was delayed and we did not arrive until after midnight. There is noone at the front the front desk after 10pm and the doors are locked. I made a terrible mistake and had booked missed booking the night of our late arrival and had only booked the following day. There was a phone number on the door to call for assistance. While the attendant was very kind he was unable to assist us. Luckily I was able to find a hotel online only two blocks away with a room available and a person on site at the front desk to assist us. The following day our check in went smooth and everything was good. So as long as you don't make a mistake and you check in before 10pm this hotel is definately a five star.

Chambre petite et bruyante non conforme aux photos en ligne. Au lieu d'un beau balcon nous avons eu une vue vers l'arrière de l'hôtel. La douche était minuscule, impossible de se retourner. Le personnel en revanche était agréable et le petit-déjeuner complet.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. They’re taken with flattering angles, lighting, and likely editing. In reality, it’s more like a budget guesthouse. Our room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The shower was broken and had no holder. Although it was fixed after we complained, it should’ve been checked in advance. The bathroom trash was full when we arrived — clearly not cleaned properly. The location is shown as central, but it’s actually in a residential area just outside the true city center. Yes, everything is close here, but this place is not in the center as implied. Breakfast is repetitive — same every day. Omelets always included meat, so no vegetarian option. The so-called sea view is mostly blocked by neighboring houses. The balcony isn’t really usable unless you smoke. The hotel is old and in poor condition overall. If you’re expecting a simple guesthouse, it might work. But based on the photos and price, we expected much better. We left disappointed — especially due to the smell and misleading presentation.

Clean modern hotel in great location. Walkable to ferry port and town square with lots of cafes and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location within walking distance to port and restaurants.

Very close to the beach. Parking is tight ( but that is true for most hotels there). A short walk and you can hit the town square- incredible choice of food and drink..excellent breakfast. Also you can walk to the ferry which is very helpful

This property is in a great location. Close to everything. The staff is super nice. Highly recommended.

Great location, quick to get to the main sites and also a 15 min walk from the port if you’re travelling via ferry. Rooms are on the smaller side. Would recommend for a short stay. Lovely staff.

Positive: Marina at the reception was very helpful when we faced a road block in booking one of our local tours. She was able to find an unlisted number for the tour company and connect us with a live person at 9 pm to book our tour for the following morning. She has great customer skills and represents the property very well. Thank you, Marina. I will return to this hotel just for the good service that she offered. Two negative observations - 1. while the room is quite spacious the shower area is very tiny - It’s a design issue. 2. The lady in the kitchen needs training on food safety and sanitation. I observed her sneezing in the palms of her hands and then going back to slicing tomatoes without changing her gloves. Also, it is not professional to be using cell phone for personal use in the kitchen open area with guests present.
