Loved the location and the hotel and pool were gorgeous!

The hotel is clean and in a quiet place with outstanding views over the bay. The staff iare lovely and welcoming , who were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved this hotel so much we stayed for a second night in a pool villa which I would definitely recommend doing. We come back to this hotel in a heartbeat and would recommend it to others.

We liked the location just a 5 minute walk along a waterfront promenade to center. The hotel was beautiful with balconies overlooking the sea. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, including helping us take our luggage to our room as there are a bit of steps (we like hiking so it was no problem for us, and there was an elevator). Secure parking. Very good breakfast. The town of Agia Effima was adorable with wonderful restaurants

Das Hotel liegt an einer paradiesischen Küste und beeindruckt schon von weitem mit seiner Anlage. Die Architektur und das Gelände sind wirklich hervorragend und schön. Die Zimmer jedoch sind sehr abgewohnt und enttäuschend. Das Mobiliar ist voller Flecken, dreckige Wände und schwarze Badezimmerfugen. Balkone sind lieblos ausgestattet mit 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch. In Deutschland würde man sagen: Außen hui - innen pfui. Frühstück war allerdings super und das Personal größtenteils freundlich. Wir würden aber aufgrund der Zimmer nicht mehr wieder kommen.

Sehr Ruhige Lage, das Personal u die Hotelmanagerin sind sehr bemüht, freundlich, nett und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Nur zum empfehlen.👍👍👍👍👍

For this price range you would be crazy not to stay here. Apostolia and her team provide an exceptional level of service and the little unexpected touches made our stay unforgettable.

The staff and location were lovely. The view from Bay Palace provided beautiful sunrises, gorgeous views of the mesmerizing blue water beach, and enchanting views of the town.

A vista do hotel é incrível! Vai ser uma das memórias mais queridas da viagem! O atendimento excelente, com destaque para funcionária Maria que nos recebeu muito bem. O banheiro é um pouco antigo, mas o hotel é lindo! A piscina maravilhosa, uma vista de tirar o fôlego e o café da manhã maravilhoso também! Já estou com saudades da nossa estadia. Voltaria mil vezes!

God havudsigt. Stor pool. god morgenmad. Hotelet opbygning gør af man skal være rimlig mobil, der er trapper til poolen på det sidst nivo ellers er der elevatorer. Badværelset: Man har ombygget med spa, det var svært af komme op i og ud af, håndbrugseslange var meget kort kunne kun lige nå over mig (180cm høj). pga af dårlig ombyg kom der vand ud over hele gulvet badværelset

Room clean but not deep clean, loads of dust on bed frame and pictures, ants in bathroom. Outside terrace and internal floors not clean for feet or white socks. Staff ok, breakfast very poor. Worryingly unsafe glass barrier around main pool, could be pushed over. Air conditioning basic. General maintenance low, jet shower had been glued so couldn’t change settings. Drains gargled and could smell around pool. Simple golf cart service to help guests up the hills, don’t stay here if not fit. Wasn’t the best hotel, not the worst either. Needs investment and an experienced manager. View great, not worth the money. Shame.

Room We stayed in the family room, which was spacious and had a fantastic view. The old-fashioned furniture and bathroom didn't bother us, but the bathroom flooded every time we showered, even with the curtain closed. The water wouldn't drain, leaving the floor slippery all day, and no squeegee was provided. The bed was tatty, and the mattress was old and hard. Thankfully, I brought a self-inflating mat for some comfort. The aircon was old and barely worked. Despite closing the windows as instructed, the staff dismissed our complaints, leading to hot, uncomfortable nights. There were lots of steps, but we enjoyed the exercise after all the eating and drinking. Food and Drink Breakfast was disappointing and not up to 4-star standards. We often had to fetch our own cutlery, salt, pepper, and bowls. The food was the same every day and of mediocre quality. The only highlights were the yoghurt, cheese, juices, and coffee. The fried eggs were cold, and the scrambled eggs were rubbery. Fresh fruit options were limited to apples and a bit of fruit salad. Some young waitresses seemed to be in training and were unsure of what to do. While we enjoyed the swifts and swallows flying overhead, the hotel made no effort to clean their droppings from the banisters near the dining tables. The food was disappointing, so we were glad we didn't book half board. The bar inside was empty, with no music or atmosphere, which was a shame given the inviting terrace views. Stunning setting & incredible views. The hotel is very tired. Tiles coming off in pool, no pictures. Food is very basic. Staff were very kind and friendly but when I checked in, the receptionist got lost trying to show me our room. Felt sorry for staff who are desperate for you to like your tine there. The whole place needs significant amounts invested to upgrade. It could be incredible.

We had a great time. The room was basic but has a magnificant balcony overviewing the sea. Very quiet. Breakfast on another balcony. Board walk to the marina.
