Di certo non è una struttura a 5 stelle. Sin dall'arrivo si nota l'assenza di assistenza, nessuno che gestisca le valigie (le devi portare al piano della stanza salendo le scale, due bagagli da 20+20 kg. non è piacevole). In camera per il bollitore, in una settimana non è stato mai sotituito un cucchiaino (fornito in plastica) per usare zucchero o simili. Le stesse condizioni dell' arredo sono un po' vetuste, senza cassetti o armadi per riporre gli abiti. A pagamento l'uso dei lettini sulla spiaggia privata dell'hotel. Diciamo che solo l'atmosfera tranquilla della struttura compensa i deficit deliservizi. La categoria della struttura va rivista al ribasso.

The restaurant by the pool was fast food. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as per my order. Rude and obnoxious servers. The only server that cared was a woman named Konstantina. Everyone else spoke like we were bothering them. I also thought I was in (Greece) not sure why these people from other countries were working there and barely even speak English. Let alone any Greek “at all”!!! Even at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for coffee five times and they kept telling me to wait. My son asked for ice and they looked at him like he had 10 heads. I guess the service didn’t want to be told what to do The worst were the housekeepers attitudes. They really sucked. They made us regret going there.

Struttura bellissima al centro di Laganas lontana dai rumori della movida notturna. Nel complesso è presente una piscina con affaccio sul mare a cui si accede con una scalinata. Cena variegata nazionale ed internazionale.per intolleranze segnalate allo chef che potrà servirvi senza problemi. Da sottolineare la grande ospitalità e cordialità dello staff ma sopratutto di Anna alla reception. Torneremo sicuramente!

Non riesco a capire come abbiano assegnato 5 stelle a questa struttura!! Servizi pessimi anche l’acqua da bere nella camera bisognava comprarla a prezzi incredibili!! Non consiglierei a nessuno questa struttura, di certo non tornerò mai più

Our stay was amazing! Joanna was truly helpful with everything from Check in to all the questions we had! Our room was always clean and the staff was very helpful! We will definitely be back!!

Great location. Staff tried to make things right but that’s tough when we had to switch rooms three times because air conditioning did not work in all of them.

Place is beutifull.. But dining room is not cofortable.. Plus thete is not always awaiter at lobby bar..

Struttura posta in una zona molto rumorosa. Sicuramente non è un albergo da 5 stelle

sehr schönes Hotel, direkter Zugang zum Meer, bein Buffet ist für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmerwände sind sehr dünn wodurch man alles von den angrenzenden Zimmern hört

Its not a 5 Stars as advertised, 4 stars at best. - Bed linens had holes, and were never changed during the stay - gym was non existent ( a room with very old equipment) - we went with the half board and had to pay for the water during each meal (2 euros for a bottle of water!!) - food didn’t seem to be very fresh apart from the grill Wouldn’t recommend.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Room was alright with standard features and furniture but nothing was particular about being a 5 star. Mini-bar was empty. Friendly staff.

Wir haben in der ersten Oktober Woche eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht. Alles war perfekt. Das Essen war fein und die Auswahl gross. Allgemein eine schöne und saubere Anlage.
