Its not a 5 Stars as advertised, 4 stars at best. - Bed linens had holes, and were never changed during the stay - gym was non existent ( a room with very old equipment) - we went with the half board and had to pay for the water during each meal (2 euros for a bottle of water!!) - food didn’t seem to be very fresh apart from the grill Wouldn’t recommend.

Had 10 days at this hotel second visit comfortable had to change rooms was in main building we were below resturant very noisy was woken by cooking smells and noise from upper floor. Was given a downstairs room near pool which was more ideal just. Staff cannot do enough found everyone very friendly although it's suppose to be 5 star would say more 4 star. Fancied to make coffee in room asked staff if I could have kettle they were very obliging. Beautiful island ideal location specially if you like to walk to the unspoilt beaches. Food at hotel was all buffet lots to select from and tasty Greek dishes served daily. Would definatly stay there again.

The hotel is clean, quite and family friendly right by the beach although is a bit out dated and doesn't offer 5 star qualities. In my mind it is a 4 star hotel but for a family with young children is great. My only negative comment would be the Laganas area probably wasn't the best choice we did as a family as so many young, drunk and crazy kids running around but hotel was safe and away from the main road and noise which was great. Wi-fi is poor though.

The hotel overall is nice but the area is horrible! The amount of young people who party all night and then make the place filthy with garbage, plus fighting and sick people from to much alcohol and drugs in the streets is disgusting! Not a place to enjoy a holiday!

Started off in the main building which was noisy, a long walk to the beach and looked out onto the car park. Had to pay for an upgrade, but then had a beautiful room overlooking the sea, quiet, very clean and comfortable beds. Food was excellent, but never had enough tables laid up and had to pay for drinks, even water. Gym was terrible, nothing worked at all!! Some staff were very friendly, but did not really feel welcome. The hotels saving grace was the most beautiful beach, you walked straight onto. The crystal clear, warm sea and very flat golden sand that kept it shallow for a long long way.
