Amazing Experience – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was excellent, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The food was also delicious, especially the breakfast – fresh and with a great variety. I truly felt at home and will definitely come back. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!

The common areas are well kept

Miraggio thermal spa is beautiful, with such attention to detail. All the staff are extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a very relaxing atmosphere throughout. There are several restaurants with a variety of dining options from sushi to seafood to steak. Would highly recommend Miraggio thermal spa as a holiday resort and I would return.

We come for the second time and it’s perfect.

Amazing stay. Awesome rooms, huge, great shower, very good spa and excellent pools. Very good breakfast Rich and delicious.

The hotel was very nice. The restaurants were great and the beach was good.

Alt var som forventet. Rigtig god service. Meget tilfreds. Værelserne var fine. Der var forskellige restauranter, lille mini kiosk, læge, spa. God service på standen, man trykker på knappen så kommer de med det samme og tager imod bestillingen. Maden var god. Alle var hjæpsomme. De sørger for ens bil bliver parkeret i kælderen og kommer med den hvis man vil ud at køre en tur. Nærmeste by Paliori. Meget lille by med kun få spise steder. Hver aften live musik fra kl. 21:00. Meget hyggelig stemning.

The resort is definitely maintained to a very high standard. Beautiful and clean. Staff is very professional, courteous, energetic and always seeking to serve and please. Rooms are good. Pools and beach are great. The big issue is with the foods and drinks price vs quality. We did only attended the breakfast/evening buffet and the pool restaurants - we did not try out the a-la-cart restaurants - however, for the prices charged - even these should have been top notch - and unfortunately all fell short. We resorted to heading to the local restaurants in the nearby town which are 70% cheaper and offer much better quality dishes.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Such a beautiful facility with the WORST customer service. This is NOT 5star. I’ve stayed in better hotels in the villages. 1. NO AIR CONDITIONING. I thought it was working, but they said their system only decreases the temps by 5C. It was 39C outside. My room was very very hot and humid. 2. NO HOT WATER. Enjoy a fun cold shower. Only had hot water the first night. 3. Cleaning crew enters room with DO NOT DISTURB on…. Surprise! 4. Servers act like they don’t want to be there. Waited 45minutes to get a round of drinks…. At 5star prices. 5. Food Options. I’ve had better food at Disneyland, and probably cheaper. I actually drove to town and ate a local Taverna with my family. 6. This did not feel like Greece. I’m Greek and I know what Greek hospitality and this was not it. I do have to say they did give us a free buffet dinner ($250 value???-not drinks included $70 cost) to make up for everything that when wrong. I appreciate the gesture, but after I dropped $3000 for 2 nights not sure that made up for 2 nights with out sleep because the room was too hot.

It was the third time I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately the services provided are not as in the past. We chose a club room type but there was no nightly room preparation, nor the perks they offered in the room. In the spas, one sauna was not working as well as the hammam. At breakfast we didn't manage to drink coffee as we waited 45 minutes but our order never arrived. However the heated pools are the strong point of the hotel and we really enjoyed them...

Riesige Anlage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und Extras. Ein hervorragender Service in allen Bereichen! Exquisite Lage zurückgezogen am Südende der Halbinsel mit viel Landschaft drum herum (dadurch aber auch etwas abgeschieden/abgeschnitten, Auto benötigt). Zu verbessern wäre noch Schattenmöglichkeiten bei den Spiel-/Badeplätzen für die Kinder. Das Babyplanschbecken ist toll, steht aber völlig ungeschützt frei in der Sonne.

Really enjoyed the experience. The facilities were lovely. Can’t go past the pool and the beach. It was so scenic! With a family there were lots of activities for the kids to do including beach games and football that were hosted by Miraggio staff. The music of an evening in the oasis lounge was a highlight as was the thermal spa. (However 50 euro additional charge for the spa) Only draw back was the cost and not a lot of variety of restaurants (4- one was closed) so you end up going to the same ones over and over, which got a bit boring. You need to have car as we went into pkehori one night and it cost 40 euros for the taxi there and back - 10min ride. We will come back to Miraggio but we will book a club room or a room closer to the pool and rent a car at Thessaloniki airport.

As a VIP customer, I expect an upgraded room when available. The reception made the opposite - downgraded me to the worst room in the hotel, asking money for updrade, when at least 33% of the hotel is EMPTY. In the room - sinks where plumbed, balcony is below the road level, blocked by the road one meter from it. Lights went on and off during the night without control, waking us up again and again. Outside - due to rain - sea shore, all pools and restaurents were closed. Inside spa was available for extra charge, but, so croudy - not even enough chairs for all the people there. Simply terrible!!

The beach was great but the staff would remove our thing if they saw no one at the chairs. This was very Annoying since we were swimming only to come out the water and our things were missing. Other then this issue the resort was great
