Mycket bra frukost.

The entire hotel and staff was exceptionally taken care of and the service was above reproach!

Maten var fantastisk hele uka. Veldig hyggelige ansatte. Gode senger og reint overalt. Stort pluss at vi kunne ta så mange badehåndklær som vi ønsket. Byggeplass på utsiden, mye bråk og støv dagen lang.

What a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff were polite, courteous, helpful and so obliging, nothing was any trouble. The room was so quiet and peaceful and the little things that added to our stay were so nice (wine, jams, cakes, fresh fruit). I can not fault this hotel at all and pleased to say that of all the places I have visited Mitsis was spot on from the minute of arrival to the minute we sadly had to leave, especially as you don't know what to expect, when check in late at night. The breakfasts were amazing and catered for every culinary taste in the book, including ice cream if you wanted. Thank you for making my holiday vacation a truly relaxing, no stress experience.

This was our first stay in Rhodes and thoroughly enjoyed at the Mitsis Petit Palais. The staff were all very welcoming, the room was clean and roomy. We were booked in for half board. The meals were of a good standard and variety. Would certainly consider staying here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making it a great holiday.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Pizzabäcker ist total lustig und symphatisch. Er backt super leckere Pizzen. Alles in allem einen super schönen Aufenthalt gehabt.

The staff in this hotel is excellent. They are friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed a very good stay and appreciated the upgrade and the late check out. The meals are healthy, varied, and presented beautifully. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Otelin konumu oldukça iyi. Herşey dahil almıştık. Temiz ve çok güler yüzlü çalışanları olan bir otel. Nazik ve kibarlar. Biz dalgalı bir dönemde gitmiştik o nedenle denizden keyif alamadık ama araç kiralama hizmeti var içeride rahatlıkla alabilirsiniz. Resepsiyon hizmeti: çok iyi Yemek ve özellikle pizza: çok çok iyi :) Temizlik : daha iyi olabilir Konum: çok merkezi bir yer Deniz: direk çıktığınız yerde girmeyin biraz daha merkeze doğru gidin.

Bel hôtel bien situé et personnels bienveillants

We were shocked upon arrival at a Mitsis hotel - previously they have been excellent, but this is a hotel that time forget, very old style, the oil area was like a concrete jungle. We booked a room with a garden view- but there are no gardens!! Staff and food was good, also opposite was a massive Mitsis building site!!! Not happy never going back

We have loved staying at Mitsis Petit Palais. The staff were very nice, the rooms are clean, and the location in Rhodes was amazing to walk around or book activites! I highly recommend the hotel!

No one told us they were building another hotel opposite.

Es war schrecklich, der tansfer sm flughafen hat nicht funktioniert, ich musste mir ein taxi um 30 euro nehmen, danach Ankunft Hotel. Zum entsetzten musste ich feststellen das eine riesen Baustelle gegenüber vom Hotel war, dder staub ist bis ins zimmer der strand war schmutzig und die liegen immer vergriffen, alles in sllem das essen nur für engliche gäste ausgerichtet

Have stayed at Mitsis petite palace before and had a lovely time. Unfortunately on this occassion I did not realise there was extensive building work opposite, therefore felt quite dusty in the air. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay. Food, rooms and location excellent. The cocktails did not seem as strong as before but I enjoyed trying them. It was lovely to see the same staff again, and they are a credit to the hotel.

Hotel is ideally situated for the beach and backs onto new town and is a short walking distance to old town. Food/restaurant did not cater well for gluten free with limited hot food options available and ‘dish’ labels/signs did not include info to let guests know what the GF options were; which meant the Chef had to come out of the kitchen and go through what the options were which seemed very inefficient. Majority of staff were friendly and hospitable however Andromachi on reception could do with some additional customer service training as she was not only rude to us, we witnessed her poor attitude to other guests as well during our stay. There is significant construction works going on opposite the hotel until end of summer 2026 which we were not advised about upon booking and the noise was disruptive during the day particularly if you like to go to the beach.

Lovely hotel and absolutely wonderful staff! Loved our stay at the hotel. Cant wait to come back!
