眺めは本当に良かったです。

一部のフロントの対応が良くありませんでした。 質問しても、いい加減な対応でせっかくの楽しみも半減してしまいました。

The service and the room are perfect. i saw the great sunset. Only one problem is that the hotel is far from the main city. The hotel provides bus service to the main city but the frequency is a few.

スタッフの対応がとても親切だった。、ロケーションもよく、景色も綺麗だった。部屋も快適ですとてもゆっくり出来。朝食もバリエーション豊かでとても美味しかった。すべてにおいて良かった。 また行きたい。

Good to stay. But the quality of transportation service did not meet my expectation. The hotel forgot our prior requested pick up service at the port and we waited for 1 and half hour at the port after my call. In addition, though the transportation services between the hotel and the downtown was needed, the hotel bus was sometimes fully occupied due to the picking up from the three different group hotels.

Excellent views and a good room with decent amenities.

Our stay at Volcano View was absolutely breathtaking. The name couldn’t be more fitting — the view of the caldera and sunset from all areas (balcony and pool) was one of the best we experienced in Santorini. The property is beautifully designed with classic whitewashed architecture, pools, and peaceful lounging areas perfect for relaxing. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed — from arranging transfers to recommending restaurants and tours. Breakfast each morning was plentiful, with a wide selection and a stunning view to match. Our room was clean, and well-appointed, with that signature Santorini charm. Watching the sunset from our private terrace truly felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a place that captures the magic of Santorini — beauty, tranquility, and hospitality — Volcano View is an excellent choice. Special shoutout to Maria, Demetrius, Costas, Sofia, Alex and that wonderful young chap who I just can’t recall his name at this time (he made me some the creamiest hot chocolate each morning) - all made our stay even more memorable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spa was very helpful and relaxing

Pool service was terrible . George the bar tender would not serve us 10 euro bottles of beer . Only wanted to sell 25 euro cocktails . Ordered 3 times and never got a drink

A special mention to Kostas, the waiter at the breakfast bar and also our private half-day driver and tour guide—he was the highlight of our stay! The view is one of the best on the island. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!

This is our absolute favourite place in Santorini. It is the most beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff. And the view is absolutely breathtaking. Don’t think twice about staying here.

The view speaks for itself. Sunsets are stunning. The staff at this hotel is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ask the concierge to schedule a tour of Santorini. It is well worth it.
