島上建議租車可以環全部的景點，這個住宿地點很好，但建議五月之後天氣比較穩定。

Lovely hotel with good breakfast and friendly staffs

房間棒，風景美，但跟隔壁近有些吵，尤其是隔壁在門外講話時很大聲

It is not close to the Fira downtown, Hotel provide the shuttle service but the schedule is not as frequent as what you expected. It cost Euro 8 to take the taxi to downtown . But the view is excellent , breakfast is nice and the food of their own restaurant is delicious and worth to try .

位於離fira市區稍微有些距離，所以並不會感覺很吵雜。考量到價格，飯店本身實在是太完美了！看出去正對著火山島，早晚餐都可以享受著火山景觀。公共泳池附近的設施也很足夠，可以直接在躺椅上曬一整個下午太陽也沒問題。

酒店wifi訊號好差！不論在房間還是在大堂或餐廳，經常接收不到！自己買了上網卡也接收得很差！酒店有提供接駁車到fira,不過班次很疏！錯過了一班車要等2-3小時！有點不便！機場接送是要收費而且逐程收費！酒店設施有點小舊！

酒店太美了，在悬崖上的层次交错的白色房子，透着紫色梦幻色彩的泳池，一切都让假期更完美！无论欣赏着峭壁吃着早餐，还是慵懒的晒着太阳喝着葡萄酒，眼里都是无尽的美--蓝色的天蓝色的海，白色的房子蓝色的门窗，蓝紫色的泳池黄色的峭壁。。。酒店的BUS往返到镇子，使得位置不在镇中心的问题也解决了

Hello, I have a complaint: in the pool area, the water was freezing cold and the edge was dirty; the bartender didn't know how to make an Old Fashioned—I have a photo. Also, he cleaned a table with water and disinfectant and swept the runoff right into the pool drain—I’ve never seen anything like it. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working well; it was very humi

The views of the Caldera are just breathtaking. The junior suite we were staying in is very well planned with two balconies and a jacuzzi. A big thank you to the reception and Resturant staff. The room cleaning also deserves appreciation for their continued hard work we observed during our seven day stay. Overall a definite repeat trip.

We stayed at Volcano View Hotel after renting a car and driving from the airport. Overall this hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. The view is magical, especially if your room faces the ocean. The pool area is beautifully designed: you can swim, relax, and sunbathe while looking out at the ocean through the glass. Our room was very nice, fresh, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything was changed and taken care of properly. We also really liked the gym. It was clean, high quality, and had very good equipment. The front desk staff were outstanding. During check-in, check-out, and whenever we had questions, they were kind, patient, and happy to help. They gave us useful local advice, restaurant suggestions, and explained traditions and details that are hard to find online. The hotel restaurant itself was good, and the buffet was very tasty. However, the only disappointing part was the attitude of some of the girls working in the restaurant. A few times they seemed unfriendly and impatient, and looked at us as if we were doing something wrong. As visitors, we may not always know local customs, but we would expect more kindness and understanding. After two or three uncomfortable experiences, we stopped eating there and chose other restaurants. I hope the hotel management speaks with the restaurant staff and helps them become more welcoming and professional. This was the only negative point in an otherwise beautiful and high-quality hotel experience.

Wow. What an amazing stay at this hotel -- the staff we're amazing. Myself and my cousin had the lovelist rest time at this hotel. I came from London whereas my cousin came from New York and this was her first time coming to Europe and she absolutely loved Greece. Experience, views and service were amazing. Food is very average not worth the money.

Great breakfasts and fabulous dinners with dramatic sunset views. Costas is an amazing server at breakfast and gave us great tips on where to go. The pool was only 23 C so a bit cold.

Incredible staff who were helpful, prompt, and attentive. Amazing breakfast with extensive variety of great food. Clean, beautiful suites with incomparable views - stunning. Quiet location. Convenient transportation provided from hotel to and from Fira.

This was the best hotel experience I ever had. We had the Artimes Villa. It was so beautiful, clean, and spacious. The view of the sea were breathtaking. The personal pool and hot tub were the highlight. The breakfast brought to us every morning by Bobby was always plenty and delicious. The staff cleaned inside and outside our villa every morning.The staff was remarkable. Nico took such great care of us. Always making sure we had things to do, arranged drivers, and excursions. I look forward to coming back.
