ホテル カーサ サン ラサロ

This property is located on the outskirts of Antigua. It is about a 15 minute walk to the city center along two decently busy roads. The hotel door is closed and you must knock each time you want to enter. We had 2 reservations on separate nights. When we arrived, the hotel did NOT have any of our reservations on file even though we had confirmation from Orbitz. There was only ONE employee in the entire hotel, the GARDENER. He didn't have any idea how to help us because of course that is not his job. He told us that they had a very busy weekend at the hotel and all the staff was resting. (We arrived on a Wednesday). He tried to take us to an available room, but all of the non-occupied rooms were dirty. There were no sheets on the bed, no pillowcases, the bathrooms weren't cleaned, etc. We tried contacting Orbitz which was a disaster because they had to "verify" our story by calling the hotel. When they called the hotel the only person that could answer was the gardener or us. The gardener only spoke Spanish and the Orbitz representative only spoke English. It was an absolute fiasco. We finally got a hold of the hotel owner, Victor, who was NOT helpful at all. After a WHILE on the phone, we were offered a larger room that was clean with sheets. It is absolutely ridiculous that the owner did not offer us the room from the beginning! While the room was spacious, it smelled heavily of varnish. Bonitas instalaciones y habitaciones. Desayuno delicioso. Un poco lejos del centro de Antigua pero caminando varias cuadras se llega sin problema, la zona es segura.

Loved our stay so much we booked our return trip. The staff make the place. Milton was great to chat with and learn some local culture. The pool needed cleaning when we got there but was done shortly after. The pool is a little shallow for adults but fine for cooling off. Perfect for kids

Estuvimos un fin de semana con mi esposa, nos atendieron muy bien, sólo deben mejorar el área de parqueo y mejorar la ventilación de las habitaciones.

Really glad we came back for a second time! Once again, the staff was amazing. They organized our transport back to the airport and prepared an excellent early breakfast for us. If we ever go back to Antigua, we are definitely staying here again. A special thanks to Milton, Claudia and the manager (whose name I forgot) for a wonderful stay. Casa San Lázaro was like our home away from home.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The breakfast is also really good. What makes this hotel so perfect is the staff. They are so helpful, professional and warm, they made us feel like we were friends or family rather than simple guests. The hotel is away from the city center, but it is easily reachable by tuk-tuk or by foot. I highly recommend this place!

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Le personnel est très accueillant! Nous avons eu un petit incident (bourde de notre part) et ils ont vraiment réagi de manière très pro et sympathiQue. Le jardin avec piscine est absolument charmant et le tout est à une 15aines de minutes de lhypercentre. C’est donc très calme !

El hotel es muy limpio, cómodo y tienen un desayuno rico, pero la atención del personal del hotel fue lo mas sobresaliente.El servicio en el Hotel fue excelente, mi novia enfermó durante el viaje y el personal del hotel me ayudo a conseguir todo lo necesario, hablaron a farmacias y hasta me ayudaron a cambiar dinero para poder pagar.

Only thing I didn't like was the room I got, tje window was looling at the street, there was npoce from the cars that passed by. They let you order food from restaurants to eat in the room which was great! They only offer breakfast. The staff was incredibly kind, it didn't matter the hotel was being fixed in some places, the staff made everything great!

Dejligt hotel, desværre var der en del larm fra ombygning da vi boede der. Men flinke mennesker. Der var kun en liggestol, lige lidt nok, når man har pool. Kommer gerne tilbage en anden gang.

Dette er virkelig et hyggeligt hotel, med meget venligt personale. Desværre var det under ombygning der vi boede der, det tog lidt af charmen. Værten undskylde og bød på vin mm. Var vi blevet informeret om dette rod og larm havde vi valgt et andet sted at bo! - Men kommer gerne tilbage en anden gang..

El hotel se encuentra en las afueras, frente a un cementerio; teníamos siempre que ingresar a un parqueo anexo, salir a la calle e ingresar por la entrada principal. El administrador y demás personal muy atentos. El hotel estaba en remodelación, eso no estaba en la página web, estaba desordenado, polvoso y había mucho ruido, fue muy desagradable. El Wifi deja mucho que desear en las habitaciones. La comida buena.

The hotel was perfect and the attention was very nice. I would rate the hotel 5 stars but the pool was too cold, it's was almost imposible to use it, and we select this hotel based on the pool :(

We loved our stay. Hot shower, lovely breakfast in the garden, friendly staff, our daughter enjoyed the pool. Would stay again.

Es un excelente hotel, sus instalaciones muy buenas, bonitas y muy limpias, todo el personal es exageradamente atento, lo cual hace de la estancia más comida te hacen sentir muy bien, Milton, Juan José y Oliver fueron los que nos atendieron y en todo momento, estaban al pendiente de hacer nuestra estadía más cómoda, el hotel está hermoso esta a 13 min caminando a la plaza central, es muy tranquilo, incluye desayuno y está delicioso, indudablemente lo recomiendo con un 1,000 de calificación a la excelencia. Espero reconozcan el esfuerzo y trabajo de estas personas y de los que no conocí ya que el trabajo que realizan en este hotel Milton, Juan José, Oliver y todo el personal de limpieza, cocina etc hacen de este hotel el mejor hotel donde me hospede, aclarando que estuve en otros 2 más y este fue el mejor, gracias por todo. No duden es hospedarse aquí
