スタッフがフレンドリーで部屋も清潔だったので、快適に過ごせました。

口コミは客足に響くことから、恣意的にならず客観的に行いたいので、総合評価点は世界統一で以下の基準で点数化しています。 価格相応である場合の基準点を3点とし、ホテル選びの際に重視する次の3要素で加減点する。 ・日本語が話せる従業員に遭遇すれば＋1点、遭遇しなければ-1点。 ・NHKの日本語放送があれば＋1点、なければ-1点(英語放送のNHKワールドだけでは-1点)。 ・浴槽があれば＋1点、なければ-1点。 本件のホテルでは、価格相応であったことから3点を基準とします。 日本語可能な従業員には遭遇しなかった(-1点)、NHKの日本語放送がなかった(-1点)、浴槽はなかった(-1点)。 その他・・・朝日がきれいです。フロントでティカルへの往復バスが予約できます。

Great location really enjoyed my stay.Unfortunately, a few staff/ service issues, but overall a great option.

En lisant les avis, nos attentes étaient peut-être trop hautes pour cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés le matin en basse saison après une longue nuit en bus et ne pouvions avoir notre chambre avant 15h…alors que celle-ci était prête. Plutôt anti commercial et personnel à la réception peu sympathique. La chambre est clairement dans son jus, totalement à rénover et la salle de bain est d’un autre âge. Heureusement qu’il y avait la clim et que le lit était propre. La vue sur le lac n’est pas comme promis, il y a une espèce de balcon fermé qui sent mauvais entre la chambre et l’extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner est passable, de même que le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est cher pour ce que c’est. Seule la localisation est bonne (côté Ouest), de même que le fait d’avoir une lunch box quand on va visiter un site tôt le matin (Yaxha, Tikal). Nous trouvons les prix demandés trop hauts par rapport à la prestation, dommage.

Nice centrally located hotel. It was pretty quiet when I was there. Food was good and the pool is nice to cool off. Room was clean and air-conditioning was great.

Demasiado buena. Comida deliciosa. La cama tenía una pequeña mancha y no dudaron dos veces en cambiarnos de inmediato. Nos ayudaron con todo.

The property is located near the water. It’s also close the bridge of Flores and it’s walkable to the market. They provide excursion options for an additional cost. Directions were unclear at times and after 10 pm the doors are closed. You will have to ring a doorbell. Check in will not happen before 3 pm but they will hold your bags to explore the island. They will charge an extra fee if linens are get dirty. Bring your own toiletries! AC was amazing!! Breakfast was great. You will have to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. There are no ride sharing apps available. There is a Turibus service that you can call to pick you up at the entrance of the airport. Pool needs some maintenance for broken tiles.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Breakfast box was prepared when we were off early. Enough choice of restaurants nearby. Very close to pickup point for almost all tours - an easy stroll away.

Pool was great, the view of the lake was beautiful.

Muy bien solo el restaurante deja que desear, se tardaban demasiado si quería pedir algo extra y a veces ni traían el menú...

Nice hotel in Flores with excellent location and a beautiful view of the lake.

The rooms were nice,however; we were not allowed to take our drinks we brought to the pool side. If we are already paying to stay at the hotel we should be able to drink our own drinks and shouldnt be forced to purchase drinks from a mini bar. The water in the bathroom sink was stink and we had to refill our little bottle of water that they provided at the restuarant. Over all 2 🌟 for me and not staying there again.
