グアテマラシティ在住の知人から、レストランの素晴らしさを度々聞いており、一度食事のみ利用したことがありました。レストランは評判通り一皿一皿が洗練されており、ワインも手ごろで、食事を楽しむための価格帯のものが多くオンリストされていて、とても印象の良いレストランでした。 今回は宿泊もしたのですが、落ち着いた雰囲気の中庭、アンティグアの街並みを見渡せる屋上、華美ではなく居心地の良い部屋と、レストランに負けず素敵な雰囲気で、快適な滞在ができました。

アンティグアにホームステイしている友達を訪ねての旅だったので最初はひとりで宿泊を予定していてダブルベッドの部屋を予約しましたが、素敵なホテルなので友達も一緒に・・・だけどダブルベッド・・・ ツインは予算的に無理だったのでそのまま二人で宿泊することにしました。 あ、チェックインのときツインの部屋に変えてくださいました。 とても素敵な部屋で、外に出るのがもったいなくらいでした。 ただ、もし女性一人で泊まる予定をされていたら、街の中心からは近いのですがホテルの周りはとても静かなので、夜はトックトックでホテル前まで乗せてもらったほうが安心かもしれません。たった2区間なのですが・・・。

This hotel had comfortable beds , but was a terrible sleep due to the noise of bar next door. I went to bed early because I had early morning commitments in town. Sadly, the staff would knock on my door and wake me up to see if I needed anything. I was sleeping. This place is not a good value for the money. Too much noise and a pushy staff always asking for a tip.

This place was worth every penny! Absolutely loved everything. We were in Antigua for our anniversary so the romantic setting at this hotel was perfect. The food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. My only two complaints were that our room (3) was next to the restaurant and some sort of staff cleaning area and it was loud constantly. Our first night people were getting drunk at the table closest to our room and literally yelling. But it stopped when the restaurant closed. It was very awkward opening your room door to staff standing there watching you or people sitting at tables looking in your room. So we tried to make our escape quick. The other thing was, no hot water at certain times. We didn't complain but that was annoying but not a deal breaker. One huge plus about this hotel is that it provides parking and it's close to everything. The breakfast included was delicious, and everything we had in the dinner menu was perfect. What a wonderful experience. I would love to come back and do it all over again. One more thing, is we did the romantic dinner upstairs, but the service sorta fall off quite a bit. Our waiter didn't come around often and at one point, my husband had to get up to go find someone. So I would recommend not doing that. The service downstairs is perfect.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Each room is unique and tastefully designed, creating an atmosphere that feels both special and welcoming. The attention to detail is evident everywhere. On top of that, the food is simply marvelous—every meal has been a true delight. A wonderful experience all around! 🌟

Parqueo de tierra y si llueve es un lodasal

When staying at Panza Verde Hotel you will be guaranteed a unique experience. Off the main boulevard you find peace a solitude from the city square which is just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms vary in size and appointment. Pass on the double bed rooms for they are small with little natural light. The king bedded rooms have decks or patios that are private. Antiques of the period make it a special place to step back in time. The free breakfast are on the menu and served with juice and coffee. The dinner is a bit pricey but worth every cent charged. Service is superb. Free wi fi, cable as well as parking. A pool is available as well as special activities such as yoga and massages. A cafe is located at the side of the hotel where glass doormat be stepped through to enjoy an afternoon coffee ,wine , breads and pastries. On certain nights live music can be seen for a discounted rate if you are a guest. A piano bar experience. Below the pool is the Blue Room which seats four at the bar with two tables. Port holes of glass set into the bar provides views of swimmers. Weekend openings only. High seasons are Christmas and Easter . Mid week specials are very affordable. They have a conference room seating about 20 . With such numbers they don’t overwhelm the guests with loud bouistros behavior. The locals eat at this restaurant. What does this tell you ? Yep! A fine dining experience is guaranteed.

Ambiente mágico, transmite la esencia de Antigua, el restaurante, el mejor. Barcitos, terrazas, salas con piano bar, ambientes especiales.

This hotel is beautiful, walking distance to any place in Antigua, dining is amazing, we highly recommend this place.

Checking or front desk guys were great, but we ordered room service and we have to call many times to remind them, the room has extremely slippery floors both in the bathroom and the room. The bed is uncomfortable and the room its nice but definitely not worth $400.00 USD/night.

Mi experiencia en Hotel Panza Verde fue simplemente inolvidable. Desde el momento en que cruzas su elegante entrada, sabes que estás en un hotel boutique de ensueño. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, hermosas y con un toque romántico que hace que cada detalle cuente. La arquitectura y decoración colonial, combinadas con el confort moderno, crean una atmósfera única para descansar y desconectarse. El restaurante es otro nivel: la comida es exquisita, con una propuesta gastronómica que deleita los sentidos en cada plato. Además, cuentan con un speakeasy bar oculto en una cueva, que añade un aire de misterio y sofisticación a las noches en el hotel. El desayuno incluido fue uno de los mejores que he probado, con ingredientes frescos y preparados al momento. La terraza con vista al majestuoso Volcán de Agua es simplemente mágica, especialmente al amanecer o atardecer. La ubicación es perfecta: en el corazón de Antigua Guatemala, cerca de todo pero lo suficientemente apartada para garantizar tranquilidad. Sin lugar a dudas, Panza Verde no es solo un lugar para hospedarse, es una experiencia completa. Ideal para parejas, escapadas románticas o quienes buscan vivir el encanto auténtico de Antigua con lujo y estilo.

Aire acondicionado sería apreciado. Sistema de ventilación en el baño inexistente. Espacio en la habitación muy estrecho. Èramos cuatro y pagué por cuatro y solo llegamos tres. No nos dieron ni un dulce de cortesía. Un poquito más amabilidad de personal de restaurante.

Beautiful Room

The place has antique feeling to it, but we were not able to book a dinner reservation eventhough we were guests at the hotel. The bathroom was nice with a big tub and complimentary salts but no hot water. The speakeasy bar was nice and cozy but no waiters and only one bar tender made the getting our drinks a less than pleasant experience
