グアテマラシティ在住の知人から、レストランの素晴らしさを度々聞いており、一度食事のみ利用したことがありました。レストランは評判通り一皿一皿が洗練されており、ワインも手ごろで、食事を楽しむための価格帯のものが多くオンリストされていて、とても印象の良いレストランでした。 今回は宿泊もしたのですが、落ち着いた雰囲気の中庭、アンティグアの街並みを見渡せる屋上、華美ではなく居心地の良い部屋と、レストランに負けず素敵な雰囲気で、快適な滞在ができました。

アンティグアにホームステイしている友達を訪ねての旅だったので最初はひとりで宿泊を予定していてダブルベッドの部屋を予約しましたが、素敵なホテルなので友達も一緒に・・・だけどダブルベッド・・・ ツインは予算的に無理だったのでそのまま二人で宿泊することにしました。 あ、チェックインのときツインの部屋に変えてくださいました。 とても素敵な部屋で、外に出るのがもったいなくらいでした。 ただ、もし女性一人で泊まる予定をされていたら、街の中心からは近いのですがホテルの周りはとても静かなので、夜はトックトックでホテル前まで乗せてもらったほうが安心かもしれません。たった2区間なのですが・・・。

The staff were absolutely incredible and extremely helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel definitely lived up to the pictures, it was very pretty. The pool is only available for a short period during the breakfast period which wasn’t ideal for me as it’s pretty early and cold but other than that, it was a good stay. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!

Mi experiencia en Hotel Pansaverde fue muy decepcionante y definitivamente no corresponde a la imagen de exclusividad que proyecta. El hotel es excesivamente ruidoso para quienes buscan descanso. Además, la habitación que me asignaron tenía una ventana en el baño con vista directa hacia el restaurante, algo incómodo, invasivo y poco apropiado en términos de privacidad. Otro aspecto que me pareció absurdo fue que la alberca solo podía utilizarse de 9:00 a 11:00 de la mañana. Resulta difícil entender por qué un hotel promociona este tipo de amenidades si los huéspedes únicamente pueden disfrutarlas durante dos horas al día. Lo peor ocurrió al hacer el check-out. A pesar de haber dejado una tarjeta de crédito registrada como garantía al momento del ingreso, nos detuvieron para inspeccionar la habitación antes de permitirnos salir. La sensación fue de desconfianza y de ser tratado como sospechoso, algo totalmente fuera de lugar en un hotel que pretende ofrecer una experiencia de alto nivel. Las instalaciones pueden lucir bonitas, pero el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Entre el ruido, la falta de privacidad, las restricciones absurdas para usar la alberca y un check-out incómodo y poco profesional, esta fue una experiencia que no repetiría. No volvería a hospedarme aquí y no lo recomendaría.

El lugar es precioso, está rebién ubicado, el personal super atento, la comida deliciosa y la habitación muy cómoda, solo que no había a/c y la piscina tiene el horario muy restringido

I 100% recommend Mason Panza Verde The facilities are first-class, the room was super clean, and the service was excellent. The staff made us feel very comfortable, and the food and the underground bar were spectacular. We will definitely be coming back soon.

My stay at Meson Panza Verde was absolutely fantastic. The property is stunning, clean and well maintained. The people working there were so kind and helpful and they made my stay wonderful. Gorgeous room, comfortable bed, very clean, and very spacious. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place if you stay in Antigua!

El servicio del personal todo fue excelente. La calidad y opciones del desayuno superó mis expectativas. Los platos del restaurante son de alta calidad y extraordinario sabor.

Had a great stay. Grounds were beautiful and my room was exactly what I wanted. My room was cleaned daily whenever I left so I always came back to a made bed. Food was also really good. Friendly, helpful staff as well. I just wish the pool was opened all day, it was only open in the morning during breakfast hours.

Absolutely lovely place. Beautiful, comfy beds, great terrace. The food was our favorite meal of the trip. Noel, great waiter, made us feel like we were at home. Will be back.

Fantastic location, beautiful room, great bed!

I rated our stay as OK, for the following reasons: Our room was right next to the main dining area, on the corridor, there was constant noise from diners and hotel staff; the room does not have air conditioning, so keeping the windows open didn't help with external noise; on our first night the noise was pretty loud due to an event right next door. And finally, the hotel is having trouble with their hot water system, so we had to bathe with lukewarm water. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly and the food at Panza Verde is excellent. Would not stay again, but would surely return to the restaurant.
