グアテマラシティ在住の知人から、レストランの素晴らしさを度々聞いており、一度食事のみ利用したことがありました。レストランは評判通り一皿一皿が洗練されており、ワインも手ごろで、食事を楽しむための価格帯のものが多くオンリストされていて、とても印象の良いレストランでした。 今回は宿泊もしたのですが、落ち着いた雰囲気の中庭、アンティグアの街並みを見渡せる屋上、華美ではなく居心地の良い部屋と、レストランに負けず素敵な雰囲気で、快適な滞在ができました。

アンティグアにホームステイしている友達を訪ねての旅だったので最初はひとりで宿泊を予定していてダブルベッドの部屋を予約しましたが、素敵なホテルなので友達も一緒に・・・だけどダブルベッド・・・ ツインは予算的に無理だったのでそのまま二人で宿泊することにしました。 あ、チェックインのときツインの部屋に変えてくださいました。 とても素敵な部屋で、外に出るのがもったいなくらいでした。 ただ、もし女性一人で泊まる予定をされていたら、街の中心からは近いのですがホテルの周りはとても静かなので、夜はトックトックでホテル前まで乗せてもらったほうが安心かもしれません。たった2区間なのですが・・・。

There is no AC, in the room. Just a fan. And i wish there would be blackout courtains. The rest is ok

Las instalaciones bien cuidadas, muy conveniente que tenga parqueo y el personal amable. La habitación (suite) amplia, bien decorada y con una cama king muy cómoda y ropa de cama de buena calidad. La habitación cuenta con un ventilador vertical que pusimos a funcionar desde que entramos pues se sentía mucho calor. No abrimos las ventanas para que no entraran los zancudos y mosquitos. Pienso que es necesario aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Quizás no se use todo el año pero nosotros pasamos calor. El desayuno es variado y sabroso. Tenían una exhibición de fotografía muy interesante que disfrutamos. Nos permitieron hacer un late check-out (12:30) lo cual agradecemos. Volveremos a alojarnos en Panza Verde pero tomaremos en cuenta el clima.

Stunning property

The Hotel is great. The only thing that was a bit of a struggle for us were The things walls. I could hear clearly full conversations from the room beside us and this went until late in the evening. But apart from that, it was a great stay for us.

Lovely boutique hotel with great food and welcoming staff. Breakfast included in rate was superb with top tier coffee. Room was clean and charming although too warm to be able to rest comfortably. No A/C is s big miss.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, though, in the mobth of July, when we all know it’s hot, we did bot have AC in our bedroom and we had a terrible night because of the heat. Thwre was a fan that we turned on but we had to also ooe the door because the heat was intolerable. In addition to this problem, on the night the band came to play live music, we were siting down in the lounge area enjoying it when one of the waiters approached us and said we needed to pay to listen to the music. We explained we were guests of the hotel but heinsisted we had to pay. This completely ruined the mood for us. We definitely think it’s bad policy to do this when we were clients staying at the hotel

Fantastic little boutique hotel - absolutely perfect to stay in Antigua, conveniently located and beautiful. I travelled solo and felt in very good hands. Their airport transfer worked really well, too!

Falta mantenimiento a baños y recámaras, no hay aires acondicionados ni buena ventilación. El personal poco dispuesto a salirse de su zona de confort para los huéspedes.

10/10 stay! The communication was excellent from start to finish, the location is perfect within walking distance of all the major Antigua attractions, so no car is needed. We were also surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Executive Suite, plus two free drink vouchers. The Peach Mocktail was so good! And the best part? Desayuno incluido a la carta delicioso, hotel muy lindo, las vistas desde las terrazas exclentes.

The staff were absolutely incredible and extremely helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel definitely lived up to the pictures, it was very pretty. The pool is only available for a short period during the breakfast period which wasn’t ideal for me as it’s pretty early and cold but other than that, it was a good stay. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!

Mi experiencia en Hotel Pansaverde fue muy decepcionante y definitivamente no corresponde a la imagen de exclusividad que proyecta. El hotel es excesivamente ruidoso para quienes buscan descanso. Además, la habitación que me asignaron tenía una ventana en el baño con vista directa hacia el restaurante, algo incómodo, invasivo y poco apropiado en términos de privacidad. Otro aspecto que me pareció absurdo fue que la alberca solo podía utilizarse de 9:00 a 11:00 de la mañana. Resulta difícil entender por qué un hotel promociona este tipo de amenidades si los huéspedes únicamente pueden disfrutarlas durante dos horas al día. Lo peor ocurrió al hacer el check-out. A pesar de haber dejado una tarjeta de crédito registrada como garantía al momento del ingreso, nos detuvieron para inspeccionar la habitación antes de permitirnos salir. La sensación fue de desconfianza y de ser tratado como sospechoso, algo totalmente fuera de lugar en un hotel que pretende ofrecer una experiencia de alto nivel. Las instalaciones pueden lucir bonitas, pero el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Entre el ruido, la falta de privacidad, las restricciones absurdas para usar la alberca y un check-out incómodo y poco profesional, esta fue una experiencia que no repetiría. No volvería a hospedarme aquí y no lo recomendaría.

El lugar es precioso, está rebién ubicado, el personal super atento, la comida deliciosa y la habitación muy cómoda, solo que no había a/c y la piscina tiene el horario muy restringido

I 100% recommend Mason Panza Verde The facilities are first-class, the room was super clean, and the service was excellent. The staff made us feel very comfortable, and the food and the underground bar were spectacular. We will definitely be coming back soon.
