Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved swimming in the beautiful bay outside hotel and sitting on balcony looking out to sea. V comfortable. Good sleep.

Excellent 2 night stay. We booked a balcony bedroom which had the most incredible views across the sea to enjoy the sunset.
The rooms are on the small side and the bathroom is compact. However everything is spotless. Downsides would be the thin walls: be prepared to overhear people talking and using the bathroom! And the door to the balcony was hard to open, close and lock.
The staff are warm and welcoming and highly efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.
The restaurant lacks character but is clean and spacious with panoramic views of the sea. Most important though was the quality of the food which was outstanding at breakfast and dinner or a light lunch outside on the terrace.
The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and there is a Morrisons daily a 3 min walk away. Taxis are expensive on Guernsey - nearly £20 to travel to St Peter Port from Cobo on a Friday morning- the bus is £1.15! We caught the bus from the airport, and it was almost door to door.
Will definitely return. Thank you for looking after us so well

Location was good. Room on the small size even the though it was premium. Irritating that gym was closed as was the sun terrace. Neither was mentioned on the hotel website or even when booked. Oh and if you wanted to charge an EV - the charger had been ripped out. I don't choose a hotel purely for such things but they do influence my decision. However the staff were always helpful and the breakfast good.

Property was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dining was very good. The bed was uncomfortable, they need to replace mattresses. Hallways could use an upgrade, rooms are very nice appear to be recently renovated.

Hotel is generally good, the only complaint I have is that the person above me had their tv on loud and the sound insulation could be improved, this is the second time I’ve have stayed, only for 1 night on both occasions and the noise from above has been bad , floors were creaky and voices carried through the ceiling, staff were extremely helpful and hotel is clean and room well appointed

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. Room was cleanest I've ever seen any hotel room! Wifi excellent.
However room was extremely noisy due to window bring right above kitchen extractor fans but mainly due to really loud music from pub disco next door.

The front of the hotel has beautiful views over Cobo Bay, with outside bar area. However, not all rooms have with outside views. Some standard rooms that have windows that overlook internal roof spaces with fire doors and corridors so the rooms are overlooked. However, rooms were pleasant, beds & pillows comfy and very clean. Lovely staff in housekeeping and bar/restaurant and everyone generally very helpful.

This hotel is lovely. Whilst it is slightly dated in some of the decor, it is scrupulous clean and it adds to the ambience of the whole hotel. The bar area with its lovely leather sofas and really comfy upright chairs, the restaurant supplying both a full choice breakfast menu and a superb dinner menu, the rooms were a nice size, comfy beds and an amazing sea view, with a balcony. The whole experience was wonderful and a highly recommended place to stay. All staff are warm and welcoming, including the owner, who we met onsite.
