Although the hotel is located a little bit far from th capital, for budget traveller, good to stay. Besides, if you want to go toward Parika or Venezueran direction, it is a good location. One problem i felt was lack of energy of the staffs. If improved this points, this hotel has more potential, i think.

I love the fact that we were able to check in at anytime! Cause we made it there after hours, but someone was there to assist! Great staff! Peaceful environment.

Staff was very helpful and nice we enjoyed the pool

Frequent blackouts. No flashlight, candles, no water. Unable to use bathroom. Several leaks. Managet unwilling to assist in refunds for inconvenience and no compassion for inconvenience. I have medical issues and not able to have AC or water was not good.

Room was dirty, AC wasn't working I spent 2 nights in a hot room before I was transferred to another room. The refrigerator was extremely dirty and full of rust stains. Never again.

Nice breakfast nice pool. Room not clean and poorly kept. Door locks not safe and were faulty . Rental need major renovation to improve on standard and need to be kept clean.

Air conditioner was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom shower knob was difficult to get right temperature of water and first few days the tub did not drain properly. Reception staff and breakfast cook were very friendly and helpful.

Will stay again

I stayed with family and wanted one night close by to sleep alone so I booked it and showed up pretty late that night, I should have stayed with family! The receptionists looked shocked when I arrived as if they didn't see a reservation. The room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty I had to clean it myself to take a shower. I got 10000 mosquitos bites throughout the night. The refrigerator did not work. I would not recommend at all. I wouldn't have wrote this review if they were at least apologetic, but they didn't care at all.

This was a horrible place. The listing offers transportation to and from the airport (which is about 1 -2 hrs away depending on traffic) is a false statement. You cannot reach the hotel to make arrangements for a pick up- trying to call them is impossible; poor line connection. After several attempts to verify my booking, they hung up on me because I could not hear them properly. Tried emailing them but got no response. Also their idea of making arrangements is to call a taxi for you which will cost $50-60 US dollars depending on the taxi driver. We were fortunate enough to get a honest driver. Stephan was amazing. He was polite, helpful and fair. The rooms are no better that a sleazy roadside motel that rents rooms by the hour in North America- broken tiles, non-functioning shower drain, power cords visible connecting the fridge, holes in the wall by the baseboards, etc. The restaurant is over priced for the convenience and the food is edible. There is a pool on site but you have to pay $10 US per person to use it. To call this place a resort is audacious bordering on fraud. The only saving grace to this "resort" is the staff. They were polite, kind, courteous and attentive.

Need Big upgrades and more cleaning staff this resort has potential to be big and exciting

It was quiet and gave that countryside vibe which good for relaxing.

I made the reservation on Saturday morning in my name. I told the two ladies at the reception desk that someone else will come in my place to take the room. I specifically asked them if I needed to provide the name. They said no and that the person just had to let them know it was I who authorized him. When the guest came he was asked to provide my IDENTIFICATION, I was busy at the time so he was unable to get me on the phone. and he had to wait outside the hotel for half an hour until it was sorted out. That is not professional at all. You need to educate the staff properly of the requirements so as not to inconvenience guests.

They charged me twice and did not want to refund the one charge. It was from 26 Feb - 1 Mar 2025. Over $450 was taken extra. Please be careful and watch out for that double charge.

El hotel está muy bien la verdad muy limpio y demás no hay quejas

The property was run down, dilapidated, poor service, poor staff experience, the breakfast was horrible and very over priced for what is offered. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Need some improvement can do a little better

The toilet was not flushing and the room had a funny smell.
