My big issue was the free breakfast. On day 1 I asked for an american breakfast with saussages at 3$ extra and was given grounded meat. The same that they serve with desayuno typico, only to charge me an extra 3$ and call it saussage. I was that this is saussage for them, whatever. Then the plate came with about a spoon of jam, which was hardly any. And on day 3, no more jam. Bacon was fine, but on day 3 they served a totally different bacon, tiny dried out pieces, like if thay ran out of the regular stuff. Overall I was disapointed with the breakfast and the grumpy attitude of t Some of the waiters, airing their problems in public and bitter with some clients, me included. Bar was fine, good service. The rest of the hard working staff as well. The rest of the food I ordered was fine as well. I mainly had issues with the breakfast.

Easy transportation, clean room, friendly staff, quiet relaxing property ,breakfast included, great restaurant on property with delicious food, with beach access with pool, stayed 9 days, loved staying here , definitely worth the stay, will be back to visit soon

Caribe tesoro is a great hotel. Nice rooms, great location, and helpful staff. The pool is incredible. They have 24 hr security and everyone is friendly and helpful. This was our third stay and won't be out last. Just a great experience overall. We really enjoy it here. The only thing that has fallen short a bit was the restaurant. Not as good as in the past.

It will be nice if they have a restaurant. Other than that everything was good.

I had about 4 nights here. Was in the "Siesta" room. The room was clean and had the nice wood smell. Has new microwave and fridge that provided to be useful. A/C worked well and restroom was spacious. I did not use the coffee machine with the $8 coffee bag because you can simply show up to breakfast and have that coffee with the breakfast coupons. Nice chairs outside the room. I would have liked an iron and a small ironing board to have fresher looking dinner clothes, but did not matter as much. A small broom in the room would be nice so I can self clean some of the sand that I would bring in. Staff was very friendly. Robert the shuttle driver, Elda Fisher at check-in, Isaac at the restaurant, and the shuttle driver who brought me back to the airport all left a warm spot in my heart for West Bay. So did the noisy Macaws, but that was part of the beauty. I also found an iguana running through the property that I couldn't catch. The property itself had some current upkeep being done. I'd definitely choose this spot again over the overly sterile resort across the street. Oh and the food at the hotel was delicious!

The room was always kept clean and the air conditioning felt great after a long, hot day. Any staff we interacted with was very nice. We loved the swim-up bar and the restaurant on the water.

The property is right in the beach and 2 Minutes walk to West Bay main beach .

Staff were friendly and helpful. Resort was charming and well taken care of too.

The staff here are so kind and accommodating. My daughter and I stayed 6 nights. We liked how it was away from the noise of West Bay, but still on the beach and a few minute walk to small stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good and fresh. Great cocktails at the bar and yummy food at the restaurant. The pool is very shallow - suitable for young children. This is a laid back place with everything you need- not a fancy 5 star resort. But it is clean, comfortable, safe and on the sea. Great home base for exploring Roatan.

We had a "garden room" which means no ocean view. Nice patio but looking at another building. There is a Pool and swim up bar. Pool is designed for kids and there were a lot of them! Only 5 lounge chairs that were never available. Servers were very polite and helpful.

Really nice place great staff. Super clean and right on the beach pool was awesome for the kids.

Our room was clean and updated but not in the best location. it was third floor and did not have a good view of anything. In spite of that we saw eight Macaws in the tree outside our room on our first morning so we were very lucky!

For some reason, the staff are not as friendly or helpful as other resorts. I’ve stayed in Roatan for years at multiple locations, but for some reason, this does not feel welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was adequate . The door would not lock and they fixed it immediately. It needs some more storage area and maybe a few hooks for hanging things to dry. The couch was not in very good shape, but we spent very little time in the room. The bed was comfy , the ac worked great, and the shower was nice. We were in a room at the back which was quiet except for the birds which we enjoyed, but there was no ocean view from it. The breakfast was very good , but a new company was taking the restaurant over so the options became very limited for other meals, presumably as they ran out of inventory. The few meals we did have were a great price and good. It was great to have the beach chairs available at Bananarama.

Simple. The room was simple, and the staff was very friendly. We appreciated a good air conditioner, clean rooms, hot water. All the basics that are sometimes lacking. The breakfast is included and was nice. Again, simple, but nice. (Be sure to try the juices, they were amazing)
