Rooms were very clean and the staff friendly

The room cleanliness and staff were great.

Great place and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was included. Located just off the sand beach area was the only negative.

Good place with direct access to the West Bay beaches. Friendly staff, breakfast available, clean property. Giving 4/5 because of extensive construction works on site and buses often stopped in front of rooms with engines turned on.

We had a great stay! We loved having breakfast out on the dock and enjoyed the quiet of being on the end of the bay. We’ll be back.

Upgraded our room as soon as we checked in...Starfish Mini Suite was VERY small. New room (Siesta) was great! Transportation from airport had been pre arranged and we ended up waiting 45+ minutes when we landed. Loved sitting on the Dock of the Bay & pool/bar was amazing!

We loved everything about Caribe Tesoro! The staff were all so nice and the rooms were clean with wonderful daily housekeeping. The food and bar were outstanding - breakfast included was a huge plus! Proximity to West Bay Divers, excellent restaurants, and West Bay Beach topped the cake! We highly recommend and will return!

The property was not as it appeared in photos. There was a pile of junk just down from our room and their workshop was right across which smelled of chemicals. Our room had such a strong mold smell that we woke up the first morning congested, sneezing and coughing. We checked out and found another place to stay that morning.

We had a great week at Caribe Tesoro. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and overlooking the water. It’s a small boutique hotel so it didn’t feel busy and the staff are always available to help you. The breakfast menu is somewhat limited but all of the options are great. We will definitely stay at Caribe Tesoro again.

Friendly staff, good food, room was small but functional

The room its ok but it’s time to change the beds because every time we move sounds like a matraca The staff is very friendly and kind They need to improve the restaurant too .

We had the BEST experience at Caribe Tesoro! The staff made us feel totally at home and welcomed us like family. The location couldn't be beat - set on the north end of West Bay Beach, but away from the crowds when we wanted a quiet outdoor space. We especially loved Jack greeting us each time we drove in/out of the premises - such a kind soul and always giving us great tips where to go. Myra was like a personal friend and spent time chatting with us about her, and our, scuba endeavors - love that she dives too! Everyone at the restaurant had a smile and kind greeting each day - especially Sherrice, Scott & Sherlyn. Eating over the water was beautiful & serene. The front office ladies made sure our unit was stocked with fresh water, kitchen items and that all our devices had wifi access. Our room was spacious, clean and the price was super affordable. The landscape, maintenance and cleaning crews were always quietly taking care of the premises and making sure everything was in great condition without being intrusive. We can't wait to see everyone at Caribe Tesoro again soon!

Recently spent 10 days at the Caribe Tesoro and everything was just fantastic! The staff there was always making things extra special for us. The location was great as it was just out of the crowds of West bay but just a 5 minute walk to all the great restaurants that Roatan has to offer, we’ll definitely return. It was an absolute joy for me and my two sons to stay at this property during merry Christmas holidays. The Manager here Mrs. Victoria is one of the best hostess that I have met. She was very kind and very attentive to the fact that I have two children with me. I will definitely be staying here again no problem but whatsoever during the five nights stay.

We loved every moment of our stay the staff all feels like family to us. We will definitely return.

This property is well kept and has excellent service personnel in all departments. It is quiet and very relaxing with a beautiful pool, dock, bar area and playground area for kids. I highly recommend a stay here.

Yes everything was amazing so clean and amenities were great

The entire staff was excellent. Maya and her girls Kelly and Alexa were wonderful. Made us feel like family. The rooms were clean. Great experience!
