It was very cute yet very average. The breakfast menu was limited. I have had better at a Quality Inn.

Caribe Tesoro is, without a doubt, the BEST place to stay in the West Bay. Beautiful grounds, Great Food, Quiet, and absolutely outstanding staff! I would not consider staying anywhere else...Thank You Everyone for Another Amazing Year ~ Your Friend ~ Vicki

This is a great property with a huge swimming pool and a pier going out over the ocean. Great location at the quieter end of the beach. Very competitive prices.

Most of the staff members were very rude. Extremely disappointing.

Property is old and in need if some updates. We arrived abd tge property was vacant. No kne staying there until the weekend. We asked for a change in our room as we assigned a room between the front desk and the housekeeping room, they couldn't/ wouldn't make the change. We asked if we could pay for an upgrade, still no? Just old? No hot water first day. Housekeeping was hit or miss so we just skipped tge service. Coffee pot but no coffee, filters or cups. So we had to go purchase what we needed. Breakfast was nice. All the help we encountered we were very friendly. Pool was very nice. We had to move from Los Rocas as they were full the second half of our trip and Caribe was right next door. It was just not comfortable and was run down with limited ammenities. It is for sale so maybe some of what is going on. Staff was kind. I wouldn't recommend.

Didn’t like the whole experience

It's a nice place, a bit off center so to me it was cool. Service people were nice. But there was construction work everyday starting at 7am so a bit noisy. These workers were not trans- friendly. Will recommand to friends, but not to lgbtq friends.

Staff was great. Our room was a bit small but others were larger. AC leaked the last few days creating issues and we had an animal in the bathroom fan vent. Made lots of noise in the middle of the night. Pool area was great. Large pier was great. Snorkeling out front was amazing.

The stay here was ok, facility undergoing construction. Our room Was nice, but sheets had sand in them, had to wait about 30 Mins for a Change. (Not sure how there was sand in them). We had inly booked 1 Night, as we were headed to utila From roatan. It was dated and expensive comparative everything else. Location was great.

Great location and beach access.

The property is a bit worn but it is very unique. Great for big families but not the best for couples. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Pleasant grounds. Easy walking distance to water activities and restaurants. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Just bring bug repellant. When it rains it brings out the no-seeums. You wont know you are bitten till night time. Lots to do on beach from snorkeling and diving to jet skies. Favorite restaurants were trattoria el pietro or los rocas next door to la sirena a few miles towards the east end. Favorite tour was Live Bait Tours, a father-son duo that knew the history, flora and fauna of the whole island. Wonderful 6 hour tour with lunch at Geraleenas on St Helena. Gumbalina right down the road was fun with the monkeys and parrots. Also did Carambola botanical. Not many things in bloom, a timing issue. That for me was a been there done that, no need to go back. But pleasant.

Some construction but great price and friendly staff

Caribe Tesoro is a great property in a fabulous location. Close to stunning beaches, restaurants, and bars. We felt very safe at all times especially with our new found friend Jack. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food at the sunset grill on property was excellent. The bartenders and servers are all amazing.

The property is in a great location and the staff are wonderful.

There was quite a bit of construction in the area, including the Caribe Tesoro dock. However, the dock repair is now complete and it is a very nice place to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes. Staff is fabulous and the people are very friendly.
