Very easy and friendly

Everything was great

Mr. Tucan exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend staying there. The property is well kept, rooms are excellent with all the amenities, and great internet access. The staff is accommodating, helpful, friendly, and all around amazing. The location is excellent, extremely close to the beach, and the rest of town. The Crazy Bean cafe/restaurant on the property is also amazing. There are several choices to choose from with the included breakfast. Any of the breakfast or other meals we had a Crazy Bean were delicious and some of the best coffee I've had anywhere. The staff at Crazy Bean are also amazing. Mr Tucan is very well run and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Overall a good stay. Ideal location right on the main beach. Some of the rooms are stuck way out back and quite a climb, the rest are ok. Most of the staff are pleasant, one wasn't. They are very flexible on check in time and will let you in the room if there is one available, no matter how early you show up, which is appreciated. Rooms are large and well appointed. Nice ahava brand toilettries.

Rooms were great, clean and comfortable. Our balcony view was a tin roof, but we knew that going in. The beach was right across the street.

We loved everything about our stay at Mr Tucan, the staff was friendly and helpful. Having the beach across the street with chairs anytime we wanted was fantastic. We can't wait to be back.

Wonderful place, just don’t expect luxury, not good for solo travellers

Rooms were clean and cold, the staff was amazing. From Deyna to Rianna at the Bean Crazy. We can’t wait to go back. 70’days!!!! Perfect location. We were only there for 4 nights and it rained most of the time, yet we had the greatest time!!!!

Close to my favorite dive shop with excellent breakfast and plentiful hot water for showers and quiet efficient split A/C and the most economical taxi service to and from airport and room was well apppointed with comfortable bed and fresh linens and towels.

Staff was fantastic! The area around the hotel had plenty to do and water taxi to west bay was right around the corner for super cheap. Crazy bean cafe beneath the hotel was great to eat at and the free breakfasts every morning (specifically the baleadas) were incredible! Would stay there again when we come back.

Great property in a very central location in West End with the beach right across the street. Wonderful and kind staff. Very responsive to all of our inquiries. Very comfortable and clean room. We could hear the waves from our bed. Will definitely return!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The location was perfect, everything was super clean, and the staff was incredibly responsive. The receptionists were very professional and always ready to help. A special thanks to Carlos, who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. One of the highlights was the amazing coffee shop inside the hotel. They gave us a tour of how they roast the beans and explained the different tasting profiles in detail. The person who runs the coffee shop is a true expert, and we felt very lucky to learn from him—it made our mornings extra special. I highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable, well-located hotel with top-notch service and unique touches that make it unforgettable!

Gran actitud de todo el equipo, cuarto muy grande, personal amable, los desayunos 10/10, a pasos de la hermosa playa. Sin duda volveremos!!
