I’ve been staying here for 4 years in a row! Absolutely everything in every way is always perfect!

This was my second time staying at Mr Tucan and we will go back. Nice clean rooms in a grew location to walk to shops, dining and it’s right across from the beach.

J'avais la chambre 303 avec balcon et vue partielle sur la mer... On traverse la rue et on plonge dans l'eau sans sargasses je précise. Hôtel assez proche des quelques lieux nocturnes mais sans être confronté à la gêne de la musique. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans le restaurant Bean Crazy. Restaurant juxtant l'hôtel qui est ouvert le midi mais pas le soir... C'est un hotel sympathique et bien placé avec un personnel agréable. Si je retourne à West End, ce sera à cet endroit. En plus, il a un parking spacieux à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Parking juste à côté du très bon restaurant italien "Pazzo Italian Restaurant Italian"...J'ai bien aimé egalement le restaurant "La Ruta del Sabor 503" (Tester Pupusa, pollo chuco) A très bientôt je l'espère

The hotel was centrally located in the West End and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location. The rooms and the decor of the hotel is spectacular and eco friendly

this place was awesome, the staff was great, the rooms were great, the food was great, the only suggestion i have would be to get better mattresses, ours was a little worn, but still ok, just not as good as everything else.

This is my favorite hotel on the island by far!!! People are sooooo friendly here and everything is so close, especially the beautiful beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!! I will be coming back next year with my family. Thank you for a great experience.

Great overall hotel right in the center of the beach. Close to everything. Good food and great staff. Very clean and modern. Good prices.

This place seemed safe. It was quiet after 10pm. The beach is directly across the street but it gets pretty busy with locals so its best to go to the beach early morning. I dislike the hotel is a safe haven for stray cats. These cats hang out on the upper level in the lounge area. You cant relax in that area without a cat coming next to you. I had one cat hiss at me while i was eating my food. Another issue are the dingy towels. Theyve had those towels since the 1980s and they need to give them up already. They are dingy and have lost their white color and their crispiness. Other than that, I enjoyed being able to walk out the hotel and having different restaurant options and store within walking distance.

The hotel is small but well kept. Very friendly staff. Jose Luis is an exceptional barista, exceptional knowledge of coffe. Location is excellent.

Great place. Comfortable. Excellent location. Great beach with good snorkeling right from the shore. Close to amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was our 2nd stay at Mr. Tucan and we brought 3 other couple with us. Except for a cat sneaking into our room and pooping in the middle of our bed (I'm not kidding) we enjoyed our stay and so did our friends. Unfortunately, the guests are allowed to feed the cats so they are EVERYWHERE. This should be discouraged by management.
