地図上では中心部から少し外れて感じますが実際はハットルグリムス協会から徒歩１０分強バスも止まってくれるし、ツアーでのピックアップもしてもらえるし、（レイキャビクツアーバスはホテル前に止まれないことが多く、バス停ピックアップが多いが色々なツアーの色々な人種で溢れているためけっこう大変）帰りも立地的に最初の方におろしてもらえるため大変便利です。

スタッフもとても親切で、部屋も広い。すぐ近くにスーパーマーケットがあり、買い物も便利。教会までは20分ぐらい歩きます。キッチンも充実。

2017/4に4泊しました。 ホテルの場所は中心市街地から徒歩20分ほどです。ホテル周辺には遅くまで営業している飲食店が数件、品揃えの良いスーパーが2件（1件は21:00まで営業）あり、飲食に関しては特に問題ありませんでした。ただし、土産物屋は中心街まで行く必要があります。 ホテルの共用設備としては、キッチン（食器類も使用可）、冷蔵庫、電子レンジがあり、周辺に朝営業の店が無いため、自分で朝食を作るのに役立ちました。ランドリー設備は無く、中心街のランドリーショップまで行く必要があります。 部屋はツインを利用しました。12平方メートルくらいのため、荷物が多いと狭く感じます。また、テレビは無く、ラジオがありました。その他として、シャワーの水には硫黄臭らしきものがあり、温泉水と思われます。シャワーとトイレは同じスペースにあり、シャンプー兼ボディソープがあります。ドライヤーはありません。 施設自体は比較的新しく清潔感がありますが、上記の通り設備・サービス面を少し削ることでリーズナブルな料金を実現している印象でした。短期的な滞在であれば特に不便は感じないと思います。

居心地のよいホテルでした。 プライベートバスルームもあり、好きな時間にシャワーに行け、お湯の量も十分でした。部屋もシングル２つと二段ベッドがありましたが、スーツケースも十分に開けられました。唯一、部屋が暗いのが気になりました。 共同キッチンがあり、朝晩はほぼ自炊。調理器具や食器も揃っているので不自由なく調理できます。冷蔵庫もあり、スーパーで購入した食材を保管できます。 立地は、中心地までは徒歩20分くらいかかり少し遠い気もしますが、街をブラブラ風景を見ながら歩くとすぐです。バスは本数もあまりないので移動手段は徒歩がオススメです。 ツアーに参加するときは、ツアー会社がホテルまで迎えにきてくれるので大丈夫です。 ファミリーにも、オススメなホテルです。

Our first check-in was quite stressful. We arrived around 3:00 pm but couldn’t get into the hotel because there was no reception and we never received check-in instructions. Luckily, someone who was inside helped us open the door and called the hotel for assistance. The room itself was nice and clean. However, for travelers without a car, be aware that the hotel is a long walk from most major sightseeing areas. Breakfast was another issue. We were not given a breakfast voucher, and the next morning there was no breakfast set up in the breakfast room. We went up and down several times trying to figure out what was happening. Around 7:40 am, we finally saw a staff member who informed us that breakfast was served at a different location. We had to rush, as our tour started at 8:30 am. The room was comfortable, but the toilet was not well connected to the wall so everytime you sat down on it, the whole thing would move and would make a loud clanking sound once you got off. During our second check in, we still had not received check in information and there was nobody there to assist us so it was a hassle to get our luggage that we had stored as well as get the key to our room. They had originally placed us in a very small room but was able to change us to a different room after request. Overall, the lack of clear communication regarding check-in and breakfast made the experience frustrating

Just not the best all around. Hard to check in. Rooms were odd. No tv in room. Breakfast was down the street. And it was ok at best.

Morgenmaden var to go. Køkkenet var ikke fuldt udstyret men fint. Dejligt med cookies og kaffe gratis.

Kaputte Dusche, Zimmer nicht wie auf Bild und siblerfische im Bad. Dazu folgt unzureichende Lösung der Probleme. Die Lösung war nämlich vom Hotel ignoriere zu werden und darauf hin weder eine Einigung auf Preis Nachlass noch den Tausch des Zimmers.

Great location and within walking distance of a lot of stuff! Only complaint is the room was slightly dirty upon arrival. The housekeeping left behind used cleaning towels, a glove IN the toilet bowl, and the shower had stuff from the previous people left behind. We did get breakfast down the street through the hotel each morning which was great!

Odd hotel. I understood that it was a staff Leeds hotel, in terms of no reception, no staff around at all, except maybe you would see a housekeeper and they offered a WhatsApp number for concierge,, but they were very very slow at replying, if they even replied at all. We asked about recommendations for tours, they set us to ‘Get your guide’ app, like okay fine but then we asked about storing luggage on departure they said we can store at the hotel between 11am and 3pm, great however when asked how we go about doing this, not reply. Just a little poor. Of you are offering a WhatsApp number, reply’s should happen. In terms of the room, average at best, clean, apart from the shower where we found hair on the wall…. The room was warm, comfy beds, gave us everything we needed especially since we were out and about all day but just need a few touch ups and need better customer service if offering a WhatsApp concierge, may aswell not offer this if as a hotel you’re not good at replying.

The hotel listed is very misleading and images shows private bathroom and photos that represent a modern feel to the room. In person however it is a more-so a motel or hostel style stay with no private bathrooms and very dated and dirty rooms. Our bed did not even have a headboard as shown in the photos. There is no receptionist on site so it was difficult to even get a hold of anyone. The price is not even competitive and we ended up staying at a different hotel a block away for similar price with significantly higher quality level of stay.

Breakfast was good, maybe the best part of this property. Shower was old and gross. Guest room and breakfast room are very dark. Probably by keeping it dark, they can hide some dirtiness of the property? There’s a reason why it’s super affordable compared to other places around the area.

This is about a 12min walk to the edge of downtown. It is still within a lively area of hotels and restaurants. They have tried to update the interior which is fine, but it is a bit damp and has carpets in the main hallways. Heads-up they do not have a front desk or admin staff on site but they are very responsive through WhatsApp if you have any issues. I had to message them a couple times and they responded a d helped immediately! The single rooms are small but you get your own bathroom which is nice. There are couches and lounge area as well as a kitchen on the second floor. It is a reasonably priced place to stay and easy to access. Breakfast included was just amazing.

First no hot water and then no water at all in the sink and shower. Tried to cancel the last night but the hotel refused. No refund at all. Needed to book a new hotel the last night to make sure that we had water since it was a business trip. So we had to pay for two hotels. The hotel didn’t answered the phone when we or Hotels called in the evening and the morning. Not a good service. The breakfast girl was kind and called the manager but he hung up in phone. Very strange behavior from the manager. I understand that things can happen and break, but a very unfriendly treatment is not ok.

First I got the wrong room, which can happen, but then, the new room I got had a big cloak problem, and the smell was horrible. The rooms are more than old and not recommended at all. I seem this hotel is just used for laundering money (look up the owner)
