ルナ アパートメンツ

いわゆる民泊なのでレセプションはありませんでした。予約後、ホテルから、部屋番号と玄関を開けるためのパスワードと、部屋の鍵BOXのパスワードがメールで送られてきました。そこにあった部屋番号が間違っていました。電話を持って現地に行っていなかったため、別日に泊まったホテルで電話を借りて確認するなど大変でした。電話は管理センターにつながるようで、間違ったことへの謝罪もなにもなく、感じが悪かったです。部屋にいたところ、別の方が鍵を開けて入って来ようとしました。その方も間違った部屋番号を教えられていたようです。また、別の鍵で開いてしまうことにも大変不信感を覚えました。 部屋は広いし、機器も揃っていて、アクセスにも便利ですが、対応がいい加減なので、二度と泊まりたくないです。

タオル交換は2日おき、お風呂のお湯は温泉でした。 シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープはミックスのものが壁備え付けで1つあるだけでした。 調理器具は揃ってますが、日本人が使うなら菜箸が無かったです。箸もないです。子供用のお皿やスプーンとフォークは揃ってました。お風呂を洗うスポンジや洗剤が無かった。洗濯機もありませんでした、洗濯機はlヘッドオフィスに申し出ると貸してもらえるそうです。ルナアパートは何箇所かにあるのですが、私が宿泊したのはルナアパートヘッドオフィスから徒歩5分程度のところでホテルの裏にスーパーがあり自炊するには便利でした。wifiはかなり弱い、ただアイスランド全体が弱いと感じました。 暖房はとても効いてますので部屋の中は半袖でもいいくらいでした。

スタッフの感じが良かったがチェックインカウンターが別の場所なので初めの一日しか会えないのは寂しかった。ハウスキーパーが一日おきだったのもちょっと物足りなかった、でもその分一日おきに物を出しっぱなしに出来ると言う楽さも感じた。美味しいパン屋とスーパーがとても近くに有る、5時とか6時には閉まってしまうがパン屋は朝7時からやっている。

Good: location is pretty excellent Bad: communication could’ve been better. We have to wait the next for a message. And no one answer right away when we call. Our living room heater is broken (told them when we arrive) they send someone to check two days after and the guy said he’ll come back and he never did. We used the dish washer and soaked the kitchen because the water wasn’t draining properly (no one came to check after letting them know). Our garbage supposed to be pick up every two days and linen change, the person came once for our 7 day night stay (so our garbage was over flowing and paper bags everywhere to put our garbage, we also have a baby with us- we have to throw her poop diaper outside garbage can by street parking). They have weird carpet/rug everywhere (why not put the carpet in the entire place?) also, there’s a boxes of open tiles under our bed.

This is the cutest apartment! I didn't realize the 2nd bed was in the same bedroom (we are a couple and an adult son) - so that was a little awkward - but the beds were very comfy. The bath is small but had everything we needed and the shower had great water pressure. We loved the towel heater. The location could not be better - everything walkable. The only drawback was loud music / party our first night that went on until 3am (ear plugs solved that!). This is to be expected in the heart of the city, though. It also has a little balcony and the windows open for fresh evening air.

Great location in the city. They made a mistake with the apartment they gave us, but did try to make up for it. TV didn't work for our stay in either apartment & the every other day light cleaning never happened. Paper thin walls/floors/ceilings, you could hear all the noise in the other apartments. They were quick to answer emails.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. We would stay her again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Good central location. Easy check-in/check-out, very good service.

It is in the center of the city and very convenient to walk around Rekjavik city center. The instruction for accessing the apartment is very helpful and the apartment is spacious. Just a little note on find it, make sure you plug in the address correctly, otherwise the GPS will lead you to another Luna Apt. nearby. Others are perfect.

Det var bare alt andet end vi så på billeder, vi havde mange steder at valge imellem som også var meget flottere en det vi fik. Vi fik en kælder værelses. Så det bliver dsv ikki købt igen

Convenient location for foods and transport from bus stop 6. Had difficulty opening the door with the barcode. The kitchen is very useful. My son enjoyed the balcony. Did not like the water smell. Still, recommend though.

The pictures were very misleading. Small ground floor suite. Very noisy from the street and upstairs neighbours. Also had a ton of mould in one corner in the bedroom.

Loved how close it was to downtown amenities! A short walk and you are in the middle of most attractions.

Fantastic apartment. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Little hard to find but otherwise a great hotel in a perfect location.

Booked a queen bed at Luna apartments in one of the modern apartments. Got to the reception and the recptionist was very rude told us where to go. First apartment extremely dated and two single beds. Asked to change as we paid for a queen and was told that’s not there problem it’s hotels.com and have nowhere else. After arguing for given the apartment we paid for but told we would have to check out in the morning move to another one and then finally back to the single beds. Hotels.com where no help. Extremely disappointed

Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, sightseeing. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a family with kids :)

어플에 새벽3시까지 체크인 가능하다고 적혀있어서 괜찮다고 생각했다가 9시까지만 데스크가 운영하는지 모르고 10시쯤갔다가 아무도 없고 연락을 취할 수 있는 번호도 없어서 체크인도 못하고 날렸습니다. 상세정보에 들어가면 체크인유의사항이 나와있어 제 잘못도 분명히있었지만 더 잘 보일 수 있도록 유의사항을 더 크게적어주셨으면 좋겠네요. 그리고 그 시간이후에 연락할 수 있는 비상연락망 자체도 없다는 것이 실망이었습니다.

A lovely place, overall a good value for money. Located centrally downtown Reykjavik, there was nothing to dislike. The place was reasonable clean with good facilities. Correct instructions for a self check in to the various apartments and their respective key box codes, rather than a generic check-in instructions, would improve the self check in experience. On the call employees were quick to respond to our enquiry. Enjoyed the stay, would return back.

Very first time coming to Iceland and staying at the Luna Apartments. Service was prompt and the room looked exactly like the pictures shown. Surrounding area was great. I felt safe and everything is walking distance downtown. WiFi in apartment worked great and so did the heating system. No need to book hop on hop off bus tour all the landmarks are within 10-15 mins walk from apartment. Also a grocery store is 2 minute walk from apartment I definitely recommend purchasing food to cut the cost of eating out if traveling with a family. Overall I will come back again
