Soso good

この度初めてアイスランドへの訪問、レイキャビクへも初めてでしたが、予約の段階から私たちのために空港からレイキャビク市内へのバスを予約してくれたり、チェックイン時間が遅くなっても快く受け入れてくださいました。 立地はレイキャビクのメインストリートのすぐそばなので、夜ごはんを食べたりお酒を飲んだりしてからでも歩いて帰ることができます。 また、道も明るいので怖さもありませんでした。 価格が安いだけにホテルへ期待はしていませんでしたが、部屋は清潔！キッチンがついているので調理器具も揃っているのですが、これも清潔でした。 部屋は広いし清潔だし安い！ 言うことありません。 アイスランドは物価が高いので、できるだけ自炊しようとこちらのホテルを選びましたが正解でした。 滞在日数の長い方はキッチン付きで自炊も少し混ぜられるとお買い物や他のことにお金が回せておすすめです＾＾！

12月滞在。スタッフの対応がパーフェクト。事前の問合せ対応も、忘れ物対応も好感。バス停も坂道を考慮しておススメを教えてくれた。また、ちょっとした私物の修理にも工具を貸してくれました。 滞在について、食器類、調理器具は基本揃っています。 外食がお財布に厳しい国なので、不自由なく自炊できます。 ただし、調味料は各自持ってきた方が良いでしょう。 調味料を現地調達しだすと結構な出費になる可能性あり。 アパートなのでエレベーターはない。階段は狭いので、 重いスーツケース運ぶには注意。 旅程上、一泊のみであったが連泊でも苦にならないと思われ、 次の機会があれば泊まりたいと思うレベルです。

場所は教会の近くで、周辺にレストラン、24時間コンビニがあって便利です。物価が高いアイスランドですが、キッチンもついていますので簡単なサンドイッチなど自分で作れました。ベッドがとても柔らかくて、一日の疲れが吹っ飛びます。

快適に滞在できました。バス停からも近く便利でした！

Near to the famous Reykjavik sightseeing spot, but some noise from the street. Parking is limited, so I recommend a checkin earlier, if you have a car.

1泊だけでしたが、スタッフはとても感じがよかった。中心部へは徒歩で行ける。部屋は広く、キッチンも便利だったが、アパートメントのためコーヒーなどはおいていない。駐車場は日曜日だったため一般の駐車場に無料で停めることができたが、平日は無料ではない。アパートメントの駐車場があるかどうかはスタッフに確認が必要だと思います。徒歩数分の教会の駐車場は無料だが、結構空いてない。

ショッピングエリアのど真ん中。教会や海もすぐそば。スーパーのBONUSもあり、食材を買ってキッチンで調理できる。物価の高いアイスランドでは自炊すると安くて美味しい食事が可能になる。キッチン設備もバッチリ。コーヒーメーカーもあるし、時には宿泊者が調味料やコーヒー粉の残りを置いて行ってくれるので、助かる。 次回も絶対泊まりたいアパートメントです。

（レイキャビク全体で言えることですが）空港バスやツアーはホテル前まで送迎があるようなのでとても便利でした。徒歩圏内には、1011という24時間オープンのコンビニのようなお店と、Bonusというスーパーがあり、朝食はそちらで購入したもので済ませることができました。 初めてアパートメントタイプのホテル（Superior Studio）に宿泊しましたが、タオルやシャンプー、ドライヤーなども完備されていました。 てっきり滞在中に清掃はないと思っていたら、外出していた際に一度清掃が入って、新しいタオルの補充がありました。ただ、「Do not disterb」のようなカードはないので、入ってほしくない場合は注意が必要です。

The location is in an ideal spot for walking everywhere in the city. The space itself was very spacious and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable.

It was a studio apartment with one double bed and 2 sofa beds that converted into 2 double beds. All towels and bedding were provided and you set up the sofa beds yourself. The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. There was a kitchenette equipped with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. A small table with chairs was also in the apartment. The washroom was on the smaller side with only a shower area. The shower curtain was dirty on the bottom was not very effective in keeping water inside and the water constantly dripped out onto the surrounding floor. The hotel was well situated and walking distance to major attractions in Reykjavik. It was just a few blocks away from restaurants and bakeries. Bonus and Kronan supermarkets were a few minutes walk from the hotel and great places to pick up snacks and groceries. The only con was that the room was not very sound proof. The windows were old with wood trim. They did not shut very tightly and all the traffic and sidewalk noises came through. Our room was also next to the stairs (there are no elevators in the hotel) and we can hear people going up and down the stairs. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel may not be for you.

Beautiful room. We stayed in a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 with 2 sofa beds. Highly recommend this clean place with great location to near by restaurants and shops. Check in and out is very simple and easy.

The place is located very close to the city center, which makes sightseeing very easy. There's not enough parking space for all visitors, so we had to figure out something in the paid parking zones, of which there are plenty around. The biggest problems were the shower curtains and the shower ventilation. The curtains stink, and the ventilation made a really loud and obnoxious, high-pitched whining noise whenever it was on. The hosts accidentally directed us to the wrong apartment, but luckily they are all nearby, and the hosts are easy to reach by phone.

Most economical apartment we stayed in during our visit to Iceland, but it felt like a luxury apartment. It had everything thing we needed for a comfortable stay. A bonus was the fast wi-fi which allowed my granddaughter to complete her online classes. Wonderful bakery next door!

Nice apartment, good standard. A little bit dark with poor lightning, few windows all with frosted glass. Very central location in the middle of the city. The biggest/only problem was the noise. The noise from the city is to be expected, but the apartment was very poorly soundproofed so the was noise especially from doors closing but also talking , showering and other noises from other apartments…There was also drilling in the concret-walls early Maundy Thursday… if you want to get to bed early and sleep long in the morning it is not the right place… Otherwise it is 100%… quite difficult to park nearby because of only 3 hours. About 15-20 minutes to walk for parking open 24/7

The location was great and the space for the studio was really nice. The bathroom was pretty small but clean. The small kitchen was great and had all the tools you'll need to put together a quick breakfast and dinner. The room was a little dark and could benefit from some brighter lighting. There are just two parking spots that are first come first serve. We were lucky enough to get a spot right when we were checking in and never moved the car during our two night stay which was so helpful! The only issue we had was with the wifi - it went out a couple of times during our stay and then twice we had trouble getting into the apartment I'm guessing because of connection issues. But the staff arrived quickly to help us get in.

The room was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds for three, clean, excellent location. The staff was very responsive and helpful by phone or email.
