クラレンス ホテル

洗濯機が動いていないと言われ、ランドリーサービスを使えませんでした。 ただし、空港からのアクセスや近場の飲食店等は充実しているので、ビジネス利用としては問題ないと思います。

The hotel has Karaoke bar and music bar on roof, I stayed Friday and Saturday, 2 nitgts, it was so so noisy, Base sound was beating until 3 am. Also, they could not serve Japanese breakfast for Hotels.com customer, No next time. 金曜日と土曜日　2泊しましたが、2階にカラオケがあり、屋上にもバーがあります。 ベース音が一晩中響いており、眠れません。 また、HOTELS。COMで予約すると日本食のサービスはありません。

部屋は広くきれい。夜中のカラオケの音が気になる。朝食は選択肢が少なく改善要

ビジネスで1泊はいいと思います。 近くには何もなさそうでした。

以前もクラレンスホテルを利用したことがあります。このホテルのランドリーのレベルは隣のDia Park Premierよりも上です。とにかくサービス対応が迅速。総合で満点をつけなかった理由は、食事の値段がやや高いことと日本食（朝食以外）がないということだけです。また、利用したいホテルです。

ダイアパークホテルの名物となっている大浴場にも徒歩2分で行ける距離です。外来として500ルピーで日帰り入浴出来ます。ダイアパークホテルが16000円/泊と高額なので、こちらに泊まって浴場だけ利用させて貰いました。クラレンスホテルにも2人の日本人が働いており色々教えて頂けました。困ったことがあればレセプションマネージャーに相談して下さい。日本のような細やかな対応をして下さいました。

Even though i booked deluxe room, i was downgraded to standard because they were sold out. Hotel arranges club style party every weekend, hence, i could not sleep the whole night. There is no mention or warning that there will be party with loud music. Such a terrible experience and staff is not helpful.

We had to frequently change rooms. Doors to the washrooms did not work, it got flooded. There was loud noise through the night (till 5am) on Friday and Saturday as there is a club there too.

It was a great experience. Even during Covid - absolutely clean, sanitized and the entire staff was following all necessary protocols.

Sound beats from the club in room till 5am on weekend...not a good choice if you wanna sleep.

Room is large and facilities are not bad. The only thing that might be a disadvantage is that when at night, until 1 am, in the room you could heard the sound from Karaoke bar. It’s noisy. Do not include tooth brush in this hotel. Breakfast you can choose whether western style or Japanese set menu. Internet speed is a little bit slow for me. Bed is a little bit hard for me. But not bad. 部屋は広くて綺麗でした。設備は新しい感じてました。 しかし欠点として、深夜一時まで、ホテルのカラオケバーからの音が聞こえます。うるさかったです。 部屋に歯ブラシはないです。 朝食は洋式か和食セットの選択ができます。 インターネットのスピードはちょっとだけ遅かったです。 ベッドはちょっと硬めの方です。

I really wish the bedding was better. It was really hard and while some would prefer that, it is not what is expected generally? Moreover there was no dental kit (atleast a toothbrush and toothpaste)- Which is highly recommended when you are running a business hotel.

Everything was wonderful. Will definitely book this hotel again

Service was not good and food was not up to the mark

Stayed there from 7th to 13th November. Lovely corner room, better then expected. Very smooth check-in and quick check out.

It was my third and last time in this hotel. The used to have parties during the weekends and they dont care at all, that people sleeping there has no chance to do so, coz of loud music till 3 and 4 am .. lots of actions in the floors and every 5 minutes a "ring" if your room is close to the elevators. The reception is not willing to make up somehow for this situation as well the manager i called. And don't go for nuts in the room - the price when checking out will surprise you a bit :)

Courteous staff, right from front desk to room service. Towels are more brown than white. TV channels are mostly free to air or from Zee bouquet. No English news channel, no English language entertainment channels, or Star sports / Ten sports Complimentary breakfast is pretty basic. But what made me wary of this hotel is its Location. Pigs roam all around the property front / back and sides and it is located within 100 mts. Of a large open plot where all labourers and watchmen head with a filled bottle for their morning ablution. Try not getting fooled by the reviews on the menu. The most ordinary dish costs over Rs 250/- and a dinner could set a single person back by over a 1000/- backs having Dal, roti, sabji.

Help a conference here and stayed 2 nights. Good rates, great staff and good food.
