Had a great stay the host were super nice I had a late check in at 4 am in the morning. Staff were kind enough for a little extended stay . Akansha and Kavya were great customer service

The room was really really dusty. I walked bare foot from the bed to the bathroom and could feel dirt on the floor too. Opening the blinds also led to a lot of air borne dust.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel, Goregaon, Mumbai. The highlight of my experience was the breakfast service — truly exceptional! The Indian buffet spread is excellent with a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from each morning.
What made it even better was the outstanding service from the staff, especially Raman. He is incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive. Raman makes sure everything runs smoothly and guests are well taken care of — his hospitality really stands out and adds tremendous value to the experience.
The rooms are basic but the staff do their best and make the stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel, and a special thanks to the breakfast team for making mornings so delightful!
