Their food is really nice. No hairdry you should bring it if you need it

The staff was absolutely delightful and helpful. The bed and pillow were super comfy. Probably the comfiest bed on my trip. The food at the breakfast as well as the restaurant (which included a limited menu 24/7 for room service) was excellent. The airport shuttle/taxi was on time and a very kind, friendly gentleman was my driver. I didn’t understand the directions to meet with him at the airport but he and the hotel waited for me until I could figure it out. (My phone died and I was quite tired.) First time at Mumbai! The hotel was clean and secure.

The room was really really dusty. I walked bare foot from the bed to the bathroom and could feel dirt on the floor too. Opening the blinds also led to a lot of air borne dust.

Corteous staff and convenient location: walkable to many nearby stores.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel, Goregaon, Mumbai. The highlight of my experience was the breakfast service — truly exceptional! The Indian buffet spread is excellent with a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from each morning. What made it even better was the outstanding service from the staff, especially Raman. He is incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive. Raman makes sure everything runs smoothly and guests are well taken care of — his hospitality really stands out and adds tremendous value to the experience. The rooms are basic but the staff do their best and make the stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel, and a special thanks to the breakfast team for making mornings so delightful!

The night manager wasn’t cooperative at all! They were short of towels how is that even possible at such hotels. Didn’t even clean room when we asked them to.

Amazing stay

The girl staff at reception who checked in was not helpful. Worst customer service. Looks like they giving free room.

checked in and line was dirty. Had to run around to get a different room

The dining was good Sachin at the dining room was very friendly and helpful. Staff at the front desk rude and lack training from the managment.

Overall it was good but the room where we were staying in had weird paint smell.

Had a great stay the host were super nice I had a late check in at 4 am in the morning. Staff were kind enough for a little extended stay . Akansha and Kavya were great customer service

Rooms are on the smaller side but the hotel was clean and well maintained. Food was good.

Great stay as usual at Ginger, no complaints. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, free snacks, although the rooms are small, not bad for Mumbai though
