Wi-Fiが繋がらなくなり、何度かお願いしたが答えてくれなかった。

I think this hotel is the comfortable place. Service and food both good!

マイソールを訪問するときは必ず泊まります。 バンガロールにある同ホテルの宿泊料金は高いですが、マイソールの宿泊料金はリーズナブルで、ローケーション、スタッフ、食事、トラベルデスク、部屋の広さ、いずれも文句なしです。

Nice place to stay

The window and its screen inside the bathroom is unnecessary, and then the screen is in poor condition and not adequate to cover the window. not ideal for family stays. in the recent, they have made this a pet friendly, which doesn't suit us. The begsheet was also torn.

Room was quite nice and comfortable & they had left welcome fruit and snacks which were very nice, however everything else was just very average. At best. After a long travel day, we tried to order dinner at 6:30 & they would not let us order until after 7pm. Service was very slow. Tables not cleaned properly after the afternoon tea, which the front desk told us about & that we should go enjoy while waiting for our keys, but when we got there tea was all gone and never got refilled. Just lots of dirty tables. We went up to the pool as it lists a restaurant up there (again at 6:30pm). Saw a few dishes on a counter, but no restaurant, asked an employee who just looked confused and went into a back room and didn’t come back out with an answer. Had a balcony which at first looked nice but then realized the garden it was even with was under construction, so not that nice after all. We did sit out there for a bit and eaten alive by mosquitoes. We were happy we were only booked there for one night.

The carpet is so old, I had to take puffer twice to breathe and I am a healthy person. Staff is very nice and friendly. There was no safety vault in the room.

The hotel is a nice property with modern, western amenities and a flair of indian hospitality. The hotel offered nice extras like afternoon tea with snacks and morning yoga. However the teacher for morning yoga failed to show up. The room was nice and well insulated from outside sound. The room was lacking towels when we showed up and it took a while for housekeeping to bring some. The room was clean but there were spsot that could have been more detailed, like behind the sink. The staff was friendly and tried their best, but there were too many staff members that had a poor grasp of English and didnt understand our questions or requests. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay as long as you have a bit of patients

Buffet quality was poor with infrequent turnover of many items. Best to ask for certain items from the kitchen to ensure it’s fresh. Staff were excellent. Room was tired, so was the smoke smelling room I was transferred from. Definitely not 5 star hotel but at the price point it was fine. Would consider other 5 star options in Mysore next time.

Clean and cozy rooms with very responsive and respectful staff. The hotel is centrally located close to the railway station and most of Mysore's tourist points within 15-20 mins drive.

Should work on their housekeeping and service

Hotel is lovely and in a very central location, the check in wasn’t a good experience, we arrived to the hotel at 12 and were told we can check in is from 2pm however if we get back at 1pm we should be able to check in. We got back at 3pm and the room wasn’t ready until after just 4pm. There is a small shop not far from the hotel to get some bits if you need them. On the same road a few kms away by Tuk Tuk there a lots of nice restaurants. Hotel’s buffet was ok. In general it was a good stay.

Staff was great. Very helpful.
