とても静かなエリアにある一方で、商店街にも近く、さらに良いレストランも沢山ある、とても良いロケーション。スタッフも良い。

The shower doesn't come out

不快！と言うほどではないですが、ありが何匹かいました。ホテルのスタッフは親切ですが、ツアーなどの勧誘はされました（しつこくないので、問題ないですが）。立地面では、ホテルの近くにお酒屋さんや駅があり便利でした！

駅から歩いて12分、スマートフォンで地図を見ながら迷わず到着。 23時と遅いチェックインでしたが気持ちよく対応してくれました。 ベッド、照明、エアコン、シャワー、トイレなど設備はきちんと作動し、とても清潔でした。虫がでたり、変な臭いがすることもありません。室内は静かで快適でした。

Service staffs are well trained, helpful and reliable. Good access to marine line, CST station, the gateway. They kept our baggage kindly even after checkout. Although water jet from bathroom shower is weak and we feel bathroom experience in india strange, this is culture and we don't say it's bad. Totally, we were satisfied!

スタッフは親切で、対応が良い。立地も静かなところにあるので、クラクションも聞こえない。アメニティは最低限のなので、シャンプー等は用意した方がいいかも。この値段でこのクオリティはそうそうないので、おすすめです。

部屋は清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かった。 近くに大きな道路が通っているわりには静か。 カードキーなのでフロントに預けることなく好きに出入りできるのも良い。 シャワーのお湯がすぐ水になることだけが困った点だった。 総じて、おすすめです。

土地勘がなかったのでマップを見ながら最寄駅から行ったが少々迷った。地元の人もホテルの名前だけではわからないようだ。高価格のムンバイでこの価格なら十分良かった。部屋は綺麗でエアコンもあり、ホテル従業員もみなさん親切でした。アメニティ類は持参した方が良いです。

ビジネスで７泊した。１泊２９ドル３２ドルというのは全く嘘！実際に請求されるのはUS$ではなく、インドルピー換算されたRs2,827.44 /1 室 1 泊の料金。カードでの支払いには更に手数料が載せられ、合計で20,385RS(315US$,36,000日本円)も請求された。 HOTEL.COMにも表現上大きな問題がある。:このホテルへの評価が高いのは故意に作ったもの。要注意ホテル。 ・外人の宿泊客は非常に少ない。現地インドの人の宿泊が多い。 ・シーツ交換も３日目にして初めて行われた。掃除も何回も主張しないと実行しない。 ・従業員の質が非常に悪い。夜中でもドアを開けて大きな声で騒ぐ。 ・部屋にあるはずの机もない。冷蔵庫もない。・・・・表示と異なる。

The hotel was overall comfortable but the noise was a bit of problem for me.

Room didn’t look as nice as the pictures (grimey). Toilet seat was broke and one of the nights there was loud banging (construction?). The sleep wasn’t bad though. Hotel staff was nice and accommodating.

Quando ho prenotato era evidente e scritto sul sito la possibilità di transfer da e per aeroporto e la colazione. Ho contattato la struttura per il tranfer e mi hanno detto che non era un servizio che loro erogavano. Al check in ho saputo che l’hotel non ha la cucina

Very good value, basic but clean Walking distance to the main sights

We checked in around 11PM and it was quite fast. The little cafe on the side was quite cluttered and there seemed to be people hanging about. It was fine. Got up to our room and we were pretty shocked. The pictures online make them look a lot bigger than they are in person. We dealt with it. Went outside and noticed a couple of rats (which is fine being in a city) what we did not expect is the rats to be scurrying in the walls and ceilings which sounded like they were coming through. We told the staff and a member of the hotel staff heard and proceeded to bang on the room wall and say “there you go all gone” we had to sleep with the light on from that point. It was difficult with the language barrier at first (which is fine) but we knew we could not stay there and left the next day. Given their dues, they did agree to refund 2 night stays and they couldn’t put us in another room as it was full.

The location of the hotel is amazing, but the rooms are terrible and noisy. The price for the rooms are not worth it and tbe photos do not represent the actual room itself.

They don't have any facility for brkfst,lunch n dinner.they don't have fridge either.its too hot in mumbai n they dont even have mini fridge inside the room...n they even dont have a pot to heat a water n make a coffee...it was horrible to stay...

How does this hotel rate 3.5 stars and the adjacent Lord's Hotel only 3? I couldn't face staying any longer after the first of three nights and checked out, losing the money I had prepaid. Next door is a much better hotel. The list of amenities for AK says they have a restaurant (they don't) and English breakfast is available for a surcharge (when I enquired they offered only to get takeaway from a nearby Indian restaurant). The room was basic to say the least. Definitely not recommended in an area where there is plenty of choice.

The property is in bas shape, hotel seems very sketchy for family stay, services are in bad shape. Room in general was bad. Location was perfect. Close to all major locations.
