艾克国际酒店

房間很小而且很多基本設備都沒有，而且訂購的時候顯示有供應早餐，到現場卻沒有，而且一人一餐還要400INR。隔音超級差，樓上洗澡，隔壁看電視，早上的烏鴉聲全部都聽得一清二楚。下次不會再訂了，cp值太低

Very good location, close to those sightseeing spots such as Horniman Circle, St.Thomas Cathedral, Mombay High Court, University of Mumbai&Tower, Prince of Wales Museum. Manager Arshad is very friendly and helpful with good English but other staff is not at all and even ignore you without respond, they don't speak English either. Breakfast is poor with 1 cup of tea, plain bread(not toasted) with a bit butter on it( already done when serve), a small omelette, that's it. And you have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes. They even only guve you a small spoon, no fork, no knif, when you ask for it, they just ignore you, not just to me, also to other guests as well.

とても静かなエリアにある一方で、商店街にも近く、さらに良いレストランも沢山ある、とても良いロケーション。スタッフも良い。

This experience was not good to staying this hotel. But the service staff they are giving good Service

Very good value, basic but clean Walking distance to the main sights

We checked in around 11PM and it was quite fast. The little cafe on the side was quite cluttered and there seemed to be people hanging about. It was fine. Got up to our room and we were pretty shocked. The pictures online make them look a lot bigger than they are in person. We dealt with it. Went outside and noticed a couple of rats (which is fine being in a city) what we did not expect is the rats to be scurrying in the walls and ceilings which sounded like they were coming through. We told the staff and a member of the hotel staff heard and proceeded to bang on the room wall and say “there you go all gone” we had to sleep with the light on from that point. It was difficult with the language barrier at first (which is fine) but we knew we could not stay there and left the next day. Given their dues, they did agree to refund 2 night stays and they couldn’t put us in another room as it was full.

The location of the hotel is amazing, but the rooms are terrible and noisy. The price for the rooms are not worth it and tbe photos do not represent the actual room itself.

They don't have any facility for brkfst,lunch n dinner.they don't have fridge either.its too hot in mumbai n they dont even have mini fridge inside the room...n they even dont have a pot to heat a water n make a coffee...it was horrible to stay...

How does this hotel rate 3.5 stars and the adjacent Lord's Hotel only 3? I couldn't face staying any longer after the first of three nights and checked out, losing the money I had prepaid. Next door is a much better hotel. The list of amenities for AK says they have a restaurant (they don't) and English breakfast is available for a surcharge (when I enquired they offered only to get takeaway from a nearby Indian restaurant). The room was basic to say the least. Definitely not recommended in an area where there is plenty of choice.

The shower doesn't come out

The property is in bas shape, hotel seems very sketchy for family stay, services are in bad shape. Room in general was bad. Location was perfect. Close to all major locations.

Le personnel est indifférent lorsque nous signalons du bruit. Même si nous n’entendons pas les voitures, l’hôtel reste bruyant et le gardien de nuit laisse faire les choses ….

The place is pretty good so you can get to everywhere. Warm water is fine as well. The bad thing is very easy to listen others talking outside and i saw many ants..

Pros: staff was kind and helpful. Also the location is great Cons: the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned, there is a bad smell all the time. The cigarette smoke filters into the rooms and can't be ventilated away. Staff is kind but noisy in the evenings. The price was reasonable but it's just not worth it

This was an absolutely exceptional Hotel on evert level. All the guys that worked there were exceptional

I do not understand how on earth this could possibly be considered a 3.5 star hotel

不快！と言うほどではないですが、ありが何匹かいました。ホテルのスタッフは親切ですが、ツアーなどの勧誘はされました（しつこくないので、問題ないですが）。立地面では、ホテルの近くにお酒屋さんや駅があり便利でした！

駅から歩いて12分、スマートフォンで地図を見ながら迷わず到着。 23時と遅いチェックインでしたが気持ちよく対応してくれました。 ベッド、照明、エアコン、シャワー、トイレなど設備はきちんと作動し、とても清潔でした。虫がでたり、変な臭いがすることもありません。室内は静かで快適でした。

Service staffs are well trained, helpful and reliable. Good access to marine line, CST station, the gateway. They kept our baggage kindly even after checkout. Although water jet from bathroom shower is weak and we feel bathroom experience in india strange, this is culture and we don't say it's bad. Totally, we were satisfied!
