Yes breakfast was fresh & a good spread

Manager and front desk morning to evening are really rude. I did have internet for four days and no a/c three day and two nights. when ask for service again and again manager literally was threatening me that he will throw out me from this hotel because his owner told him

Good clean hotel to staying with basic amenities . Friendly staff, good options offered at free included breakfast. Unusual feature also offered during breakfast is free foot massage ( by blind people) and live flute music , which too is played by a blind person. Extremely grateful to hotel management for providing such opportunities to individual with disabilities.

The reception, billing, and reservation team is really horrible. The room AC is not working at all in this weather. You can make as many complaints as you want, but they won’t help you with anything.

We accidently reserved the Executive room. The room was too smal and the bed was set with one side next to the wall, so getting in and out was difficult. Luckily we could exchange to another bigger room which was more comfortable.

It's a good hotel with adequate and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is perfect. It's a bit pricey compared to international chains, but again, the service is fine. The only thing I didn't like was the attitude of the young women at the front desk.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Free breakfast included for all. At breakfast they provide free complimentary foot massage. The masseuse are blind and do a great join. At breakfast they also provide live flute music - played by a blind individual. This empathy showed by the hotel administration should be advertised. Based on this, we have opted to return back on our next trip to Bombay.

Petite chambre mais tout était très bien. Petit dej très sympa sur la terrasse, personnel très gentil, rien a reprocher

The staff is excellent, the breakfast is great, the room could have a few more hooks or shelves in the closet to put clothing away. Other suggestion is to have an anti slip mat in the shower. Floor gets slippery when using shampoo and conditioner. If you have mobility issues, remember that you have to walk some stairs no matter what. Great neighborhood. Overall great hotel in the midrange.

A very hospitable staff with home like feeling

housekeeping was very bad. room had no towels etc and housekeeping staff entered the room without ringing the bell or knocking on the door.

Clean room, hot water and helpful staff.. breakfast was brilliant on the roof top. Complimentary foot massage too.

Besides the room being untidy with dingy fixtures the main problem is the rushed us out if our first room and I had complained that I left my AirPods in the room and to please check if they’re still there. They said nothing was found. Ok, maybe I’m mistaken. After that when I checked out if my second room days later, I had mistakenly left my chargers in the room. I am dealing with ADHD, I forget things sometimes but I have trying to reach out since days via calls and no one gets back. It’s an automated voicemail that keeps on going. I know I left it on left side of the bed but I’m furious they haven’t contacted me to return them or at least get back to me. The hotel was mildly satisfactory - there was mild and rust at multiple places (I’ve got pics.)

Everything great. Just one suggestion- the rooms need hand towels, not just bath towels.

Breakfast spread is really good and they even had complimentary foot massages. The rooms and the property were clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The only downside I had were the beds, a tad bit uncomfortable, but everything else was good.

I did not even stay in this hotel. There were bugs all over the room and they refused to refund my stay. I booked for 4 nights and they would not refund any Of the 4 nights. I could not communicate with them as they could not speak english.

Premium room was very good. the twin room felt cramped but was okay for 1 night stay
