年末年始を過ごしにウダイプルに行き、素敵なロケーションのこちらのホテルを選びました。デリーからの飛行機が濃霧の為遅れましたが、空港からは車で45分程で着きます。 湖に面していて、ニューイヤーイブパーティーのためいつも以上にライトアップされて、ワクワクしました。フロントはこじんまりながら丁寧な対応で安心しました。部屋はスイートで1番奥でしたが、静かで良かったです。エルメスオレンジの壁色も素敵で、キングサイズベッドも広くゆったり。ソファや鏡、そして広いクローゼットが嬉しかった。荷物が散らからないのでくつろげました。 バスタブとシャワーがあり、水圧も温度もしっかりありました。アメニティーも可愛い。タオルも厚手で良かったです。ドライヤーも。 冷蔵庫は冷えてる気がしませんでしたが、中に入っていたペプシなどはフリーだそうです。でも、口周りが埃だらけだったので飲むときはキチンと拭かなくてはダメですよ。ミネラルウォーターは毎日くれます。 食事はまぁまぁ。電磁調理器で温めているのですが、お鍋がオシャレだけど対応してないので熱々じゃない。ストウブやル・クルーゼの偽物だからでしょうか。まぁ、頼めば別に温めて持ってきてくれます。 外で作ってくれるドーサやオムレツは美味しいです。ただチャイ１つ持ってくるのに時間がかかるわ、ダブって持ってくるわミスはありましたね。時間に余裕があれば問題ありませんね。 ホテルが有料で自転車レンタルしているので、それで街に出掛けるのもありみたいです。

Was good but not as expected also showed as pictures.

First the property is beautiful, and plenty of guests will be outside taking pictures for their social media pages. The staff was friendly and helpful, however the front desks was unmanned and all the lobby lights were off when I left at 530. Seems a bit odd. With minor wind and rain the power was going off and on over and over again. To its credit it never stayed off long but it was enough to not want to risk any elevator ride. The room was large, the bed was stiff but overall the room was clean but a bit worn. The location is a bit far from the main sights, this makes it quiet, but also leaves little in the area as far as food and drink options. Tuk tuks always await outside or walking to the palace takes about 20 minutes.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Delux lake view rooms offer unobstructed view of Fatehsagar lake. Breakfast buffet had a good spread. Transport desk helped us planning our days and arranged for very efficient driver. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms were not up to mark. Water clogging in shower. Refrigerator not working. Not worth the price.

worst property, pathetic staff, zero food quality. I have videos for big bugs crawling in breakfast buffet. Ridiculous culture and Yash their manager is the most unhelpful, unaware individual with negative hospitality. I wasted 50,000 in 2 days.

Beautiful stay

The staff was amazing! From the people at the reception, the food, the waitresses were so sweet an accommodating! The hotel is located in front of the lake. My room had a view to the pool. I was able to arrange pick up and drop of from and to the airport. It was a great way to begin my journey in India!

Very good location on the Fatehsagar Lake, very beautiful rooms just facing the lake.

The checking in process was smoth and simple goven that it was a last mibtue booking. The room was comfortable, to an normal standard. The pool was relaxing as it overlooked the lake, although only one umbrella was working so could not sit by the lake. The restuarants offered a good selection, and tapas restaurant served tasty food. The breakfast, the local cuisine was of a good standard, however, the pastry section could have been alot fresher, as they were hard. The only other thing was patrons ettiequette to general standards, as some people were determined to play the touching game and proceeded to touch every item with their hands.

Great views and nice overall experience

This property has a nice view, friendly staff and good breakfast and dining option. Staff went out of their way to assist. Rickshaw stand was right infront. We walked around the lake to other restaurants. Onsite restaurants were good too. The furniture and hardware is getting old but overall experience was awesome. Taruna at front desk gave excellent service.

The stay at this property was poor. There was a wedding at the property the next day and so there were multiple workers making noise constructing the stage etc. The day of the wedding, we were rushed to check-out ( as the whole hotel apparently was booked). The swimming pool was shut, the pizzeria was shut and the common areas were all taken over by the wedding. Even at breakfast in the morning we were hurried by staff to finish as they needed it clear for the wedding. Once checked out, we were waiting for our taxi and we’re delightfully greeted with unwelcome stares by the wedding party which made us very uncomfortable. Obviously, in this specific situation the onus is on senior management. If we were notified prior to checkin that this would be the case, we would have booked elsewhere. Other hotels in the area which we stayed in kindly allowed usage of facilities without a problem. The staff at this hotel however were very nice and catering and in no way is this their fault- we understand that they are simply following instructions from management. The room was clean (contrary to other reviews) and they made the effort of delivering a cake to our room for Valentines Day. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. It is clearly a wedding hotel and members of the public should not have been able to book the hotel during this. I am disappointed and would like compensation for the distasteful experience which we had.

Sehr schöne lage.besser geht es nicht. Essensauswahl überwiegend indisch. Buefet. Leider schlechtes bis sehr schlechtes Internet daher Abwertung beim Service. In 4 Tagen 3 Hochzeitsfeiern mit etwas Einschränkungen, leider.

Our stay at Lakend was very inconvenient as there was a wedding preparation going on, so we could not enjoy the lake front view & property, it was very noisy as they were preparing for the setup for the wedding, constant hammering on wood panels & workers screaming on top of there voices was heard throughout the day & night as well. We couldn’t see the view of the lake from our window as we were allocated room on the first floor & the wedding mandap was blocking our view, we had paid extra money for the lake view.Next morning there was lot of chaos & disturbance, loud talks in the corridor as people were checking in for the wedding. At last I would like the management to not to a lot rooms to tourist who have come for their vacation & want to enjoy the view,property & peace.

Very expensive. Food is average. Hotel wasn’t willing to give a refund for a night we missed due to our flight being cancelled.
