部屋は清潔で、水回りも綺麗でした。スタッフの方々も親切に対応していただきました。

シンプルな中に可愛さがあり、全体的にホテルの雰囲気が良い。

旧市街の細い路地の奥にあり、クルマで行くのは大変ですが、市内観光には大変便利です。部屋はファシリティーの設置位置が高く、チビの私にはちょっと使いにくかったですが、清潔で、エアコンも良く効いて、居心地良かったです。Wi-Fiも快適で、ホテルスタッフの対応もとても感じよかったです。屋上レストランはインド料理以外も食べられるし、何よりも素晴らしい眺望で、湖渡りの涼しい風が吹いて疲れた心身が休まります。

コストパフォーマンスはとてもいいホテルです。 泊まった部屋は４階の湖側でしたので景色はとても良かったです。 部屋には電気のヒーターもありました。バスルームはシャワーのみ（バスタブ無し）でしたが設備は新しかったです。　ただ、シャワーを使うとトイレの周りも水浸しになるのでビーチサンダルのようなものを持っていった方がお薦めです。 屋上のレストランも見晴らしは素晴らしいですが、屋根がある部分も窓が閉まらないので冬の夜は結構寒いです。　朝も陽が当たらないうちはまだ寒いです。 夜にスパゲッティナポリターナを食べましたが、細めん（カッペリーニ風　悪く言えば冷麦風）でしたが、少々茹ですぎでした。味は普通のトマトソースで日本のナポリタンではありません。　インドでイタリアンを食べたのは初めてでしたのでこんなものかな～という感じでした。ピザはピザパンのような感じでした。 チャーハンは青唐辛子を使っているようで辛めでした。　やはりインドに行ったら地元の料理を食べたほうが良かったのでしょうね。

Wonderful stay! Great location right in the heart of the action in Agra. The staff was great especially the restaurant. Wonderful food and the view from the restaurant is not to miss!

Breakfast is ok but not included in my booking even though I had thought it was included as I set to breakfast included when I searched.

Room amenities are very limited. Need to provide basic stuff such as shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and proper soap. Specially helpful to international travelers who do not carry this stuff. We had to go buy it. Key Info - This hotel is not accessible by car. You have to get off and sit in auto rickshaw to get to the hotel. This needs to be explained and Expedia needs to explicitly indicate this while booking through the app. The hotel staff also did not mention ahead of time until we got there and had to call them. Hotel takes payment before when checking in as opposed to the usual norm of payment when checking out. This also needs to be mentioned earlier or on Expedia while booking so that customer is informed. 99% of hotels take payment when checking out. Some staff including the hotel manager (I believe the name is Irshaad) are very friendly. However some staff need training on customer care and politeness. On the positive side, the food in the above rooftop restaurant is very good and the waiters are very friendly. The sunset views are very good from the roof top.

Only location good other things are not good like rooms are very small and over expensive there is no lift strongly say don't stay

"I recently spent 3 incredible days at Jaiwana Haveli and I'm thrilled to share my fantastic experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. Loved the fact that the food was made fresh. The breakfast had good variety and quantity. We didn’t even bother with lunch as we were so full from the large breakfast. Room was clean and functional. Staffs were very polite and curtious. Mr. Gopal Rawat was very nice and friendly. Irsad and Dev answered all my questions politely. The view from the rooftop restaurant is beautiful and serene. I am glad I booked this hotel for my stay. I had a lovely experience. I recommend this place to everyone.

It's a really lovely peaceful place, close to the lake. I had a great room with a fantastic view. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat

There was some weird smell in the room even after the staff cleaned up. There was no hot water either. Staff didnt inform anything about road to hotel being closed either. Property mentions parking available but no disclaimer about road being closed for cars most of the times

Great location right in the old part of city; our room had a view of the lake, which was very nice. Room was clean but be aware that amenities are fairly basic - there is no elevator or AC. We had to open the windows at night to sleep, so we had to contend with the road and nearby bar noise. The staff was very friendly and super helpful; really appreciated their suggestions on planning our daily iteniaries. Rooftop restaurant's staff was attentive and even packed us breakfast when we left for an early flight. Overall, stay was comfortable and enjoyable, the experience enhanced by the very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Great stay, many thanks to the owner of the hotel. He was great during check-in when he showed us his map and prepared itinerary that made the sightseeing sooo much easier, detailing anything you might want to see or get (ATM) along the way. He had different itinerarys depending on how many day's you had to spend in the local area. He was also a great help when our flight got cancelled just as we were about to get a taxi to the airport. He helped us figure out a new route and get a taxi that wasn't trying to charge us double. Our room was still available so we checked back in. With his help our crisis was resolved within half an hour and we were back out sightseeing for the rest of the day. Thank you so much would definitely stay again and the view from the roof top of the lake was incredible, just what you want from a visit to Udaipur

Chambre propre, lit plutôt confortable, restaurant avec vue imprenable, très bonne cuisine et service impeccable. Isolation phonique à revoir, pas d'ascenseur, difficilement accessible en voiture. S'arrêter a proximité du centre ville et prendre un rickshaw. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Staying here was like living in a dream. My room had corner windows overlooking the lake. The architectural details made it feel magical. This is India; luxury is defined differently here. It’s more about how well you are treated, and the staff excelled in attentiveness and warmth. Too, they kept the hotel and restaurant impeccably clean. The rooftop restaurant has a splendid view. Too, sitting there, you can feel the depth of spirituality listening to the chanting from the nearby temple and hearing the call of the muezzin, as well as feel the legacy of the Mewar dynasty still influencing the city from the nearby palace. Gopal Singh made the Rooftop Restaurant a welcome refuge from the lively chaos of the nearby marketplace. Harsh, the manager, is also on his game… as was his assistant, whose name I did not catch. The hotel was very well-run. I was sad to leave. And hope someday to return. If you are in Udaipur, this is the place to stay, hands down.

Jaiwana Haveli has a good location and some charm, but my overall experience was disappointing. Travelers should know that cars cannot reach the property directly — you must stop about 2 miles away and transfer to an auto rickshaw, which was never mentioned to me in advance and proved inconvenient after arriving from the airport. I originally booked Sep 21–23 through Expedia. When my international flight was cancelled on Sep 20, I immediately notified both Expedia and the hotel to shift my booking by one day (Sep 22–23) and refund the unused night. Both parties initially acknowledged my situation, and Expedia was optimistic. However, when I checked out, the manager refused to refund anything, and Expedia later confirmed it was the hotel’s decision. After staying elsewhere, I still gave Jaiwana Haveli another chance (Sep 25–26). I asked the manager to consider offering two nights for the price of one as a goodwill gesture — something reasonable, especially given low occupancy — but he declined. While the property itself is pleasant, the rigid policies, lack of transparency, and unwillingness to accommodate left me unsatisfied.

Had a very pleasing stay at Jaiwana Havelli with my family for 2 days. The property is so well maintained and staff were really friendly and helpful to us. I will recommend this if you looking for a lake stay nearby Pichola Lake
