必用な設備は、整っており、スタッフのサービスも良い。接客係の教育はされているが、掃除係などの教育はまだ足りない。 廊下や、エレベーターで、ゲストに対して挨拶をするというホテルマンとして基本的な態度がとれていない。

Veey nice and clean

Water bottle give by property was smelling really bad, bad smell of dead rat. Also asks my friend opinions she mentioned exactly same smell. Asked them to change bed sheet, got dirty one and then he brought the one which took it out to change.

Room cleaness and service is good, but food is poor because it is very salty.

First thing , the staff is excellent, very helpful all department starting from parking to room service to dining. Even during breakfast and dinner the service staff were helpful while serving my kids , asking if they would like more . Overall best stay . Thanks

Rooms are small and balconies dont have good view. Property is good, clean and staff is also good. Swimming pool is awesome

We had a wonderful time at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa. Rooms were clean and spacious, food was excellent with good vegetarian options, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The garden and pool areas were perfect for relaxation, and the beach access made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for families!

Rooms are smelly and spider webs beside the beds. Many varieties in breakfast but not tasty

The staff especially Ecchita, Akash and the managers Sambhavi and Prachi were very helpful and accommodating. They dealt with all sorts of issues. Look forward to coming back to Novotel Spa and Resort in the near future. Thanks so much!!

Great service and Hotel - all rounder. Me and my wife were upgraded with no extra charge and in particular Avi was very helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay. Food has a Buffett for breakfast and lunch which has a good variety.

The hotel is very old however is clean. The pool has a lot of missing tiles which hurt your feet if you hit a gap

The property was amazing, was very quiet and peaceful, and walkable to the beach in 10 mins. We booked half board and had dietary requirements and they catered to it for the meals.

Except dirty tapestry everything was good & satisfying. Staff also wad courteous

Well maintained property with best swimming pool area

If you are looking for a resort vibe, on a small scale, that is family friendly, this is a great option. We were looking for a little bit of peace and quiet to recharge our batteries and it is exactly what we found staying at the Novotel. Great service, nice infrastructures, lots of food options on site and a pool to enjoy the sun without the crowds of Candolim Beach. The hotel is well located, the beach is a 9-minute walk. The staff was very helpful and keen to give us tips and tricks. Beware of taxi services in the area. Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, it is worth mentioning that it is quite a challenge to move around in Goa for a reasonable price, especially when you are leaving a resort like this (Uber and Goa Miles don’t really work and the fares proposed by drivers are way higher than anywhere else in India). Do your research in advance. Again, nothing to do with the hotel itself, but it can impact your decision. If you are looking for a place to chill, we recommend!
