フロントスタッフは悪くないが、年配のベルボーイは笑顔がない。 部屋の清潔度も朝食も悪くない。CPは合格です。 到着時、たまたまなのか？子供が走り周っていて正に「Oh！kids」hotel..............

I stayed at this property for longer time for almost please note if you are traveling for work and need to work and use VPN their internet is bad and does not support VPN so please consider it before booking i really do not understand why they can’t provide good internet Also there is lot of construction outside the hotel from past 6 months so check before you book the hotel On positive side the hotel is moderately clean rooms are nice staff is pleasant always friendly very accommodating and also safe if you are traveling by yourself

Decent hotel, but overall cleanliness of the rooms after housekeeping had been could be improved. Breakfast options were good. Reception service and helpfulness was ok. I would stay here again, but only for a maximum 2-3 days. If staying longer, I would choose elsewhere.

stay was pretty ok, rooms were too small, especially bed size was really impossible for a person of normal size

First stayed at this hotel back in 2012. Was a brand new hotel then. Everything from rooms to the food was exceptional. The staff was polite and responsive too. Well, a few years passed and I never visited Vadodara. However, due to business needs, I had to visit the city again. I remembered my previous stay which was really good and booked the hotel again. So how was it after 6 years? Very well maintained!!! Service at the restaurant was excellent - the staff is extremely well-trained. Other hotel staff was very responsive and polite too. I visited the hotel in March 2018 and then stayed once again in April 2018. Both times I was given a different room (both were club rooms booked with a major meal and breakfast inclusive package). Very clean rooms, bathrooms well maintained, 24 hrs supply of hot water, a good mini bar, Biotique range of toiletries. The hotel did not have any foul smells either. Very clean beds and linen. Dinner and breakfast buffet were really good. Did not use the gym but saw it and was really good. The restaurant manager is very good in servicing the guests and has a well-trained team. Parking area is limited but the hotel manages it well. I would surely recommend this hotel and keep coming back again whenever I need to stay in Vadodara - this was my 3rd stay at the hotel in 4 months.

Hotel (4 star)provides stay and comfort in budget of 2/3 star. I stayed there with my family And had good time there. The room have all amenitiesand the staff is down to earth. They don't charge for kids.

非常糟糕的体验，预定时酒店包含早餐，到店后说早餐要收费，问前台他说让我找预定的网站是第三方预定网站弄错了，很不爽。放进环境很差，床单非常脏，设备非常陈旧，非常不适合商务人士出差。

Room was small but clean. Noise from some party/event was very high and your. That too into the night. Would not recommend, if you are a light sleeper like me. Food was ok.

Excellent experiance

While my stay overall was pretty good, the hotel feels closer to being a 3 star property than a 4 star. The bed and bed linen were both very comfortable. Food in the restaurant also pretty decent though since this is gujurat be prepared for the general sweet slant to most things. The staff are quite helpful like most places in gujurat and hotels is very good value for the price. Areas for improvement for it to earn the 4th star: Put enough hangers in every room. We only had one and had to ask for more. There was then something not quite right about the ventilation system as smell of cigarette smoke seemed to be wafting into the room from some of the smoking rooms. Something to check if you are overly sensitive to smell of smoke. Toiletries were not replenished though if you use your own like many people not a biggie. Restaurant chairs not a practical design. And finally all their functions rooms are on a mezzanine floor. If you happen to be staying there on a night someone is having a loud music party, you will be impacted by both sound and vibrations from the bass woofers!

The stay was good as the rooms are lovely but the staff is not as approachable as expected, also the breakfast and the dinner buffet which we separately took was just fairly ok. So ideally for any hotel to do well needs to have the best rooms and food.
