First stayed at this hotel back in 2012. Was a brand new hotel then. Everything from rooms to the food was exceptional. The staff was polite and responsive too. Well, a few years passed and I never visited Vadodara. However, due to business needs, I had to visit the city again. I remembered my previous stay which was really good and booked the hotel again. So how was it after 6 years? Very well maintained!!! Service at the restaurant was excellent - the staff is extremely well-trained. Other hotel staff was very responsive and polite too. I visited the hotel in March 2018 and then stayed once again in April 2018. Both times I was given a different room (both were club rooms booked with a major meal and breakfast inclusive package). Very clean rooms, bathrooms well maintained, 24 hrs supply of hot water, a good mini bar, Biotique range of toiletries. The hotel did not have any foul smells either. Very clean beds and linen. Dinner and breakfast buffet were really good. Did not use the gym but saw it and was really good. The restaurant manager is very good in servicing the guests and has a well-trained team. Parking area is limited but the hotel manages it well. I would surely recommend this hotel and keep coming back again whenever I need to stay in Vadodara - this was my 3rd stay at the hotel in 4 months.
