I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations.The staff at the hotel were welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast has limited variety but always fresh with options to meet your special diet needs. The food at their restaurant was always fresh and tasty. We were never disappointed with any of our choices at the restaurant. It must be noted that hotel guests enjoy at discounted rate at the in house restaurant. The staff are attentive and assist guest with local travels by arranging taxis. A special thank you to Luke for always being ready help with a smile. A big thank you to Vikas Parab who resolved minor issues professionally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be in central Mumbai

Totally the hotel staffs are very kind and frendly.
When I asked one of the staff to call Taxi, I expected him to check the driver would be good or not.
But theTaxi draver was very tricky man. To go nearby Taraporevala Aquarium in Marine drive area, usually it costs abt. Rs50 by meter. But the driver requested to pay Rs150. The staff heard all conversation. So I hoped the hotel staff to give me any advise or help. But nothing any comments. And I requested the driver to go by taxi meter.
As the result, the driver went wrong long way and requested to pay Rs300.

Yes, the room was neglected, bed sheets were not clean . Hotel manager was not welcoming at all. Very abrupt and rude.
The staff are not willing to help at all.

The Sahil is in a great location as it’s not far from Fort, Colaba and Parel in South Mumbai.
The hotel itself has amazing service, food and the rooms are very comfortable with adequate space for 2 people per room.
The staff really make the stay memorable as they are very friendly, provide a great service and always happy to help.
We stayed here for 9 nights and the hotel was very accommodating.
The one point they do need to work on is controlling noise from other guests by enforcing hotel policies more strongly. A lot of other guests in the hotel at the time we stayed lack courtesy for others, which is not a fault of Sahil’s but they should deal with it better.
Guests talking on loud speaker while in the restaurant, large gatherings in the hallway outside rooms or guests from multiple rooms gathering in 1 and talking very loudly in the early hours of the morning is not acceptable and etiquette should be enforced by management more strongly!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. There are lots of options for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. It’s close to Mumbai Central and lots of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend.
