Clean and tidy rooms of reasonable size. Very nice fresh breakfast. Lots to do outside the hotel, but it is noisy and crowded!

The hotel is pleasant, not somewhere where I wouldn’t return too. Perhaps, not a 4 star, but the staff are pleasant and do try and go beyond expectations. The area is buzzing!!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. There are lots of options for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. It’s close to Mumbai Central and lots of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2010 this year I found the standard has drop both in service and staff

I would have given five stars all around but had to dock a star based on the breakfast experience. Seating area far too small for a hotel this size, breakfast offerings very average, no proper system for the omelette station (three times in a row the omelette I ordered was given away to other patrons)- on the whole, chaotic. Needs improvement for sure.

Hotel was great for the price. Food was good as well. Great location and set back from the road so it’s much more quiet which if you’ve ever been to Mumbai you know the cars never stop honking. Centrally located to all the tourist things. Staff was extra friendly in giving directions getting cabs and Ubers, crossing the street and giving recommendations.

Room was very good value for money, bed was comfortable, shower was nice and room was spacious as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only slight criticism I’d have is that the location isn’t as tourist friendly as other hotels, however there are taxis always outside the hotel so it’s not much of an issue. Would happily stay here again, thank you!

property too old and not clean . every where smell so dirty .their pictures and realty big different . don think about buffet breakfast . noting for buffet evet no black coffee just bag coffee snd bag teas . not easy to explain how bad
