I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations.The staff at the hotel were welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast has limited variety but always fresh with options to meet your special diet needs. The food at their restaurant was always fresh and tasty. We were never disappointed with any of our choices at the restaurant. It must be noted that hotel guests enjoy at discounted rate at the in house restaurant. The staff are attentive and assist guest with local travels by arranging taxis. A special thank you to Luke for always being ready help with a smile. A big thank you to Vikas Parab who resolved minor issues professionally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be in central Mumbai

Clean and tidy rooms of reasonable size. Very nice fresh breakfast. Lots to do outside the hotel, but it is noisy and crowded!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. There are lots of options for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. It’s close to Mumbai Central and lots of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend.
