Hotel located very conveniently in the whitefield area. Staff are very friendly. Bathroom doesn’t have a tub or a telephone shower. Needs a bit of an upgrade here.

綺麗で広い部屋で快適でした。夜遅く到着したので、寝るだけの利用でしたのでもったいない感じがしました。

バンガロールのIT団地内にあるので、ここでのビジネスであれば、徒歩でいける。 セキュリティ面も安心なので、仕事においては、他の選択肢はない。

メゾネットタイプの部屋でしたが、出張利用で一人だったこともあり、フラットに広い方が使いやすいように感じました。レストランでの朝食は種類も多く良かったです。

バンガロールのITパークに隣接しているので、出張には非常に便利。 食事も美味しかったです。 隣にショッピングモールがあります。今回は時間がなくて、寄れませんでしたが。

Ups: Suitable for travellers for work/leisure in and around Electronics City, Whitefield, Hoskote Bengaluru. Curteous staff. Great food. Downs: Property is more than 15 years old. Some portion is under renovation. Wash rooms are small, lacks privacy, unsuitable for traditional/orthodox family. Old fittings and fixtures. Not value for money. One has to allocate one and half hours to reach Central Railway Station (KSR) due to heavy traffic.

I regularly stay at this hotel when I visit Whitefield, Bangalore. The property is very clean, the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, the food in the two restaurants is average, and the staff is very friendly. The cons are that the Wi-Fi speed is not very reliable; it can drop off without explanation sometimes. The food in the breakfast buffet in the Mynt restaurant is very good, but the dinner buffet was just average. The other issue is that the staff don't always understand all the features on the account. I was supposed to get 2 hours of conference time as part of my deal, but they kept making excuses about why they couldn't honor it. Something about the conf room being under renovation etc.

Checkin was smooth and staff service was great. Room was very clean. There was an awesome spread of delicious food in the breakfast.

The staff at the hotel are good but the property itself is not so good. It is an apology of a hotel from Tatas and it is shocking. The towels are very poor. The hotel needs a big facelift.

The hotel needs a serious facelift. The staff are excellent but they are being brought down by bad design of the rooms and unimaginative design of the bathrooms. The towels seem old and discoloured. This is not the condition one expects from a Tata Hotel

I have been a regular customer at Vivanta Bengaluru and service levels are excellent ..
