Good value business hotel

Dinner experience and staff service is excellent

Unfriendly staff, won't recommend

The staff at the hotel are good but the property itself is not so good. It is an apology of a hotel from Tatas and it is shocking. The towels are very poor. The hotel needs a big facelift.

The hotel needs a serious facelift. The staff are excellent but they are being brought down by bad design of the rooms and unimaginative design of the bathrooms. The towels seem old and discoloured. This is not the condition one expects from a Tata Hotel

I have been a regular customer at Vivanta Bengaluru and service levels are excellent ..

The stay has been good, If you could add Pool Table to the property it will be great.

Staff was quite supporting. Room ambiance is nice. Very smooth check-in & check-out. Great breakfast with variety of tasty items.

Staff was being nice but the hotel was not well maintained. The room had smoke smell even though I had booked with 10 year old kid, the locker did not work , the showers in steam room below did not have hot water and water drainage had issues.

The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Very friendly and helpful and took their time to look after me. However the hotel is extremely dated and tired and felt well used. Although my room was cleaned each day it still felt “grubby”

The property is not worth the money it charges. They are not very flexible with upgrades and benefits for the guests. I expected them to do much better.

The Spa is a disgrace. The Sauna doesn’t get heated up, not enough towels. Locker keys doesn’t have a number indicating the locker number. The carpet on the fifth floor corridor is in extremely bad shape. The bathroom is abysmal with water leakages every where and no hand shower.

Hotel rooms and other infrastructure like soa showers, steam/suana fittings are in need of Maintenance.

Every staff encountered is very helpful and courteous.

Your hotel food really does not represent India or Bengaluru. Why is breakfast and lunch buffet full of American or western good? Are you in India or in some western country? Have you ever visited a start hotel in America? They only cater to their own tastes and their peoples first. If you are Indian and you happened to be in America, you have to adjust to American food. Thats how much they care about So you don’t have any pride for your culture and food? What do you eat at home? salami, hamburgers? Then why do you offer those in your buffet? Being in Bengaluru you should proudly serve south Indian food as main offering and then consider giving some options for those westerners. Please learn to be proud of your self.
