We had a wonderful stay at Adiwana Suweta and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and extremely clean. The service was consistently warm, friendly, and attentive – we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. A special highlight is the e-Butler service, which worked flawlessly and made everything incredibly convenient. Whether it was dinner orders, transport arrangements, or general questions – the team was always quick to help. The in-house restaurant is absolutely top-notch, with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. We also enjoyed the massage and spa area – very professional and relaxing. All in all, a fantastic experience. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

A equipe foi fantástica. Todos sem exceção extremamente atenciosos. O hotel deixa muito a desejar os quartos cheiram a mofo. As toalhas nao condizem com o que esperado pelo preço do hotel. A piscina ao meu ver nao estava de acordo e sem uma limpeza adequada da agua. Percebo que todos procuram fazer o maximo para nos agradar mas a estrutura do hotel precisa melhorar bastante para o nivel que se propõe.

Exceptional property with a terrific staff that calls you by name. We were so well taken care of. The food is delicious and the grounds are beautiful. The perfect boutique resort.

Vi nød virkelig vores ophold. Den varmeste velkomst både til os men også vores lille søn. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme, de er vild gode til børn. Den rolige atmosfære gjorde virkelig at vi kunne slappe af. Maden var fantastisk, masser af lækre sunde muligheder. Stedets placering var også hel fantastisk. Ca 10-15 min ude fra centrum, men hotellet tilbyder gratis shuttle bus som kan køre dig frem og tilbage. Stedet tilbyder også Massagde, meget dygtige folk. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen

An incredible stay! We had the best honeymoon experience here with lovely hospitality, excursions booked effortlessly through the hotel and amazing food! We even had free roomservice which added a romantic touch to our stay. Would highly recommend this resort!

Séjour agréable mais quelques points à améliorer Nous avons séjourné trois nuits au Adiwana Suweta et avons grandement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux ainsi que l’extrême gentillesse du personnel. Le service à la réception est irréprochable et la propreté des lieux est impeccable, ce qui contribue à une ambiance sereine et apaisante. Le restaurant offre un menu varié, toutefois les plats ne se sont pas montrés à la hauteur de nos attentes en termes de saveurs. De plus, bien que le personnel soit aimable, la barrière linguistique a parfois rendu les échanges au restaurant un peu laborieux, certains employés ayant de la difficulté à bien comprendre ou s’exprimer en anglais. Quant aux services du spa, ils ont été inégaux. Sur trois journées de soins, nous avons été satisfaits de la première et de la deuxième séance, mais la dernière fut décevante. La thérapeute ne nous a pas clairement expliqué les soins offerts, et les mouvements étaient répétitifs, manquant de dimension thérapeutique. En résumé, Adiwana Suweta est un établissement charmant avec un service hôtelier de qualité, mais quelques ajustements dans le restaurant et le spa pourraient vraiment élever l’expérience globale.

my stay at this resort was a wonderful experience. the entire staf was accomodating and went over the top to make you feel at home and comftorable. The rooms were clean and you could not ask for anything more.

Really nice hotel. Great room and very nice staff. However the food at the hotel was very very poor. No taste at all. Best of all was the coffee but you should order it, extra hot!

I had a great experience at the hotel. They have lot of dining options and a shuttle available to go to Ubud City. On my last day I had a negative experience with breakfast. I had explained about the egg allergy. They brought meal with egg. They took it back and removed the egg from my plate. I kindly explained that they need to remove the areas that there were bits of egg. They took it back and did the same thing again. I gave up and ate a bit of my breakfast and lost my interest in eating. This would be my biggest concern that they would need to make a new meal if my allergy was serious. Overall my stay was great.

We stayed here while we are at UBUD. They are very friendly and well-maintained hotel. I loved the staffs who was very kind and nice! They also have pretty garden and swimming pool. But we didn’t have a chance to get in there. Tell you the truth, you have no time to stay at the hotel because the city is too much things to do. There was a small sewer issues but they came and fix right away. Only one concern was the air conditioning system. Likely other south Asian countries, they don’t clean the filter that often so it could smell fungus a little bit. But it was much better than other hotels. Breakfast area was authentic and nice!! They are not the buffet style but the quality of the food was healthy and yum!!! We loved it! I think I wanna stay here again when I visit Bali next time!

Great place with great food and lovely staff

We absolutely loved Adiwana Suweta. We stayed in one of the private villas, which was absolutely spectacular. But most of all, the staff was incredible! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and they made us feel so welcome! I highly recommend it! We'd love to visit again!

Dette hotel har været det bedste jeg har boet på på min tur på Bali. Super service, lækkert mad og en meget høj standart. Gratis mininbar der blev fyld op med soft drinks hver dag. Personalet var amazing og stilen var super lækker.

A beautiful stay with exceptional service, the staff were amazing & tended to our every need, which included catering to my allergies. Everyone was so friendly & the villa was everything we’d dreamt of and more!

What an excellent hotel in Ubud! We could not have asked for more. Not only was the service impeccable but as soon as you walk in, you feel like to step into a jungle oasis. The room was beautiful with very welcomed air conditioning ;) Various breakfast options and very filling. Great experience at the hotel's spa too. Very friendly and helpful staff. They went as far as too leave a birthday message on the bed for me and bring me a lovely birthday cake. Definitely made our Bali trip memorable and is one of our favourite accomodation of the trip.

There is nothing that we disliked about this hotel. What a great experience. The staff was the friendliest of all the hotels we stayed in Bali. The food was nice, cleaned our room twice everyday, and the fridge get filled everyday with no additional cost etc etc...

Delusione totale. Partendo dalla colazione molto misera senza il buffet… mai visto in un hotel 5 stelle. Servizio pessimo, personale molto lento. Dalle foto sembrava un hotel splendido, in realtà l hotel non supera le 3 stelle. Delusione
