日本人が少ないエリアで、立地も良く素晴らしかった。ヨガなどのアクティビティも無料で出来ました。

バスタブが付いていると思っていたが、付いてなかった。全部の部屋についてる訳ではないようです。プール、ダイニングは申し分ないが、ホテルからのメータータクシー、Grabが呼べない為、不便ではあるが、ホテルでのんびりする方にはオススメです。

ソフトオープンのタイミングにいきました。 まだお客様も少なく、のんびりと過ごすことができました。 フォーブスの記事でも2018年に行くべきホテルとして紹介されており、建物も美しかったです。 オーシャンビューのお部屋からは、夕日もみることができ、プールも広く、とても素敵なホテルです。 新しく海側ではない部屋もつくっていたので、そちらだと景色は期待できないかもです。 １bedroomのお部屋についているお風呂は家族で入れるほど大きく、ジェットバスもついていました。別にシャワーブースもあり、とても広かったです。 食事については、徒歩１分の海沿いにビーチBBQのお店があり、カジュアルな食事であれば楽しめます。 また、LA BLIZAというビーチクラブもあり、夜まで楽しめます。 チャングーエリアは、まだまだ大きなホテルが少ない印象なので、ある程度の規模があるホテルが好きな方にもおすすめです。 わたしたちは３Fに宿泊しましたが、１Fの部屋だとプールから部屋の中が丸見えなので、あまりよくないかもです。

部屋の設備から清潔感など凄く良かったですが、 シャワールームからの水漏れが気になりました。 また、 ウオシュレットが付いていれば最高でした。

窓からは外の壁しか見えずとても4泊は耐えられない。ベットはキングサイズで予約してあったがシングルを並べたもので真ん中に溝がありこれまでで一番寝にくいベットだった。またタクシーを5時間で700 Kで契約したが途中で道を間違えたのと渋滞で目的地まで4時間もかかった。料金は8時間で倍以上の150 K請求された。部屋からの眺めは予め確認すべきですね。

This is our 4th stay here. Absolutely love it here. So peaceful and relaxing, great amenities and options for dining out nearby / 2 walkable. Adore the staff, all so welcoming and keen to help. We’ll be back, many times again.

Amazing stay!! Facilities are excellent but what made our experience even better was the staff at this resort are so good From the check in to the swimming pool staff to the breakfast and dining services and such a good quality service that comes naturally We ll definetely back Highly recommend hotel

We cannot fault Como Canguu. We had the most incredible time and always had five star service from all of the wonderful Como staff. We will definitely be returning again. The room we had which was a residence room was incredible in all aspects. Thank you Como staff and team we will be back to this stunning hotel again soon.

We live in Singapore and visit Bali every year for the last 20 years. This is one hotel I will keep coming back. Couple of things that really stood out for me: - Service: Absolutely the best. Staff strikes just the right balance between attending to all your needs but without showering you with unnecessary attention. - Food: I am skeptical of hotel foods in general, find them quite bland. Como changed my whole notion. Food here is exceptionally good. Como Shambala menu options are healthy and outstanding. - Como Shambala Spa and the fitness area, yoga/pilates classess are the best. Exactly what one needs from a getaway in Bali. I am especially thankful for the spa staff that took great care of me when I became unwell.

I don’t know where to begin with my standing ovation. My husband and I stayed for only two nights at Como Uma but our experience stood out as the best hotel we can remember staying in. The breakfast was superb, fresh, generous, and fueled us for the whole day. Our server, Adi, was beyond kind. I stubbed my toe pretty badly, and a man named Emu was at my table in under a minute to first aid my wound. I had a facial at the spa and Indah gave me the most tailored experience complete with scalp, arm and face massage. It was heaven and the products were of the best quality. The entire reception and housekeeping staff tended to our every need. Wulan was caring during check in and made sure when we extended our stay that we wouldn’t have to change rooms. She went above and beyond for me. Every detail was counted for. The bath salts, robes, slippers, glass bottled water, gorgeous gym, sunset beach location and the pools were all dreamy! Bottom line, stay here and book one night longer than you’ll think you want. Trust me.

Staff went above and beyond with service, complimentary massage was the best ever, food was good, location awesome rooms (including turndown service) always spotless. This was our second stay (6 years apart) and it was even better than we remembered. We will be back.

Great hotel, would stay here again. The pool is incredible, great breakfast options and the restaurant is right on the beach. Great hotel for children with kids menus, kids club, shallow areas in the pool and cots and baby bath provided in the room. We stayed in a one bedroom residence and the hotel provided a cot and a roll away bed for our 1.5 and 4.5 year olds.
