お風呂の栓が１つ無かったことくらいです！

ヴィラの広さは十分で、接客も明るく親切でした。 立地もスミニャックエリアということもあり、ショッピングにも便利です。 土産物がひと通り揃うビンタンストアも徒歩10分程です。 併設のスパは90分225kから割引がききます。

落ちつけるヴィラです！日本人スタッフの北山さんには大変お世話になりました。裏手に歩いてすぐのバリデリもあり、レストランを抜ければ 3分程で賑やかな通りに出られるので便利です。ビンタンスーバーも12分位です。又次回も利用したいと思います。

バリの他のヴィラにも数回泊まっていますが家具や部屋の作りは良いと思います。 スタッフは会えば気持ちよく挨拶をして頂いたり声を掛けて頂いたりと気持ちの良い対応でしたが 掃除が人によっていい加減でした。 フェイスタオルがない、プールタオルが一人分とか..... これは個人的意見ですが、ヴィラなら冷凍庫付の冷蔵庫がいいですね。冷蔵庫自体もホテル並みに小さかったです。

子供3人を含めた5人で3泊利用しました。プライベートプールに子供は大満足、コストパフォーマンスも良いです。スタッフも皆親切で笑顔が素晴らしいです。また日本人スタッフがいるのも助かりました。エリア的には少しはずれているかもですが、食事にも困ることもなく、騒がしくもなく適度な環境だと思います。是非また泊まりです。

3泊予定してた旅行の中で、インターコンチネンタルホテルに2泊しか取れなかったのでこちらに1泊だけ取りました。バリのヴィラの魅力がつまっていると思います。都会の中ですが騒がしいこともなく、とても快適にのんびり過ごせました。またスタッフは非常にフレンドリーで対応してくれました。日本語は通じませんが、簡単な英語でしか会話できない自分に一所懸命対応してくれました。プール付ヴィラ、とても広いので贅沢な気分が味わえます。夜は蚊が飛びますので虫よけスプレーが必須です。

金額的にあまり期待しないでおこうと思い行ったのですが、部屋やプール、朝食などどれも予想以上に良く、大満足でした。 スタッフの方もとてと気さくで良い方たちばかりで、滞在をとても楽しめました。

ホテルの設備はいいですけれども空港の出迎えサービスがあればいいなぁ！日本語が話せるならばもっと愉しく旅行ができるでしょう…。 まだ、友達には推薦するだと思います。

全てのスタッフがとても親切で感じが良かったです。 入り口のセキリュティーの方は、レストランからお部屋への近道を案内してくださったり、道を渡る時も、車を止めて渡して下さったりと、細かい心使いをしてくださいました。とてもがたいのいい、強面の方だったので、ギャップにびっくり。 フロントの方は、拙い英語でも、色々察して下さりとても助かりました。日の出を見に行くので朝食が食べれないのを伝えると、早朝にも関わらずランチボックスを準備して下さったりと、至れり尽くせりでした。 とっても快適なホテルです。また泊まりたいです。

Good location, well within walking distance to restaurants, a laundry, convenience shop and spa parlors. The villas are ok, ours is probably next to be refurbished. Breakfast selection was great and they can deliver to the villa. Staffs are friendly and willing to assist.

Our stay at Villa Jerami was extremely enjoyable. Clean, great location and staff friendliness will ensure we are back again. Highly recommended.

We have stayed in a few other Villa in Bali but Villa Jerami is the best so far. The location is perfect as there is a grocery store, chemist and laundry store next door. It is 15-20mins walk to Eat street and the amazing restaurants. But the best thing is the quality of the villas and pool plus the service provided by the staff. We are planning on coming back and staying at this villa moving forward and I would highly recommend it to anyone else.

This was my partner and I’s first time in bali and first time staying in a villa! The accomodation itself was amazing! Clean, spacious and the staff went above and beyond everyday to keep it clean for us. All staff members; front desk, cleaners, gardeners, massage/spa and restaurant were all so genuinely welcoming and made us feel right at home and made our first time memorable. They all went above and beyond and we are so grateful and appreciative of all their efforts and hard work. Villa Jermani has everything onsite room service, free breakfast, tv subscription services, massage/spa, so if you want a relaxing and laid back holiday in close proximity but also tucked away from the noise of the busy streets, pick Jerami ! We will definitely be back :) thankyou to all the lovely staff again !

Absolutely lovely villa, 10 out of 10. Location was perfect, very quiet but still close enough to the other places. Food was terrific and staff outstanding, one of the nicest villas i have stayed at.

It was so peaceful and very relaxing. All the staff were very welcoming and amenable. The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation. During our stay, we also used the restaurant and the spa areas.

Villa Jerami truly stands out as an oasis of luxury and comfort among the many destinations I have visited. From the moment of arrival, Mr. Oka—the Manager—proved himself to be an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was seamless and memorable. We were warmly welcomed, with Mr. Oka personally assuring us that nothing would be too much trouble —a promise that he and his dedicated staff lived up to throughout our visit. The accommodation is outstanding, offering spacious, private villas set amidst beautifully maintained grounds. Our villa was always spotless, with daily housekeeping, fresh linens, towels, and a private pool that was meticulously cared for. The attention to detail in the design and amenities provided a perfect blend of Balinese charm and modern luxury. Dining at Villa Jerami is a highlight in itself—the on-site restaurant consistently delivers delicious meals with a wide variety of options. Equally noteworthy is the spa experience, which achieved exactly what you hope for when seeking relaxation in Bali. Treatments were professionally delivered in a clean, tranquil setting, adding to the sense of rejuvenation the villa fosters. Every staff member, from room service to reception, was unfailingly kind, attentive, and professional. The entire team, under the guidance of Mr. Oka, creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the Villa Jerami family.
