Older style building thats dated. But well kept and maintained. Helpful staff. Liked that they had guest events on days of a concert I was attending. Good breakfast. Good safe location. Nice size rooms. Do not order anything without knowing costs. A bucket of ice is free but they charge £7 to bring to your room which no one tells you about. Be careful. Walking distance of some bars n food places .

Prices vary depending on the floor. As a result, there will be a difference in amenities and staff support. We stayed in a basement room, which was probably cheaper. Therefore, there were no amenities such as slippers or toothbrushes provided, and even though I had made a reservation for 3 people, I found it slightly disappointing that there were only cups and other items available only for 2 people.

This hotel was in a great location for us. It is a fabulous hotel. We were there during the hot weather ( so no fault of hotel as we are Irish and know this is not our usual weather ) the rooms were hot. I wish they had sheets in room as quilt was too heavy so we had to take quilt out of cover and then sleep with the cover.. the staff were lovely the bar was great.. I would recommend and will stay here again.

Disappointed with room, quite old & dated No fridge in room & second lock didn’t work Tea & kettle amenities not well cleaned & obvious room only got a rough tidy rather than a deep clean after last guest No normal teabags, only herbal tea in room which was annoying Outside of room, everything great. Good bar, good staff, nice outdoor area & great parking. Good location.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. Although the outside of the hotel looks lovely and the staff were helpful, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room felt very dated and poorly maintained. The bathroom had chipped tiles and large amount of black mould around the tap, which is unhygienic and should never be present in a hotel. The switch to change from bath to shower did not work and there were also cobwebs around the room. The rooms in this hotel, based on our room provided, are in desperate need of refurbishment and based on our experience, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others. The price we were charged simply does not reflect the quality or condition of the accommodation, and we felt it offered poor value for money.

Great for an out of the city hotel option. Easy access into the city and airport too with public transport and taxis. Some local bars and restaurants nearby too. Great for the stadium.

The room smelt fusty there were 3 of us but there was only 2 cups 2teabags.Our room wasn't ready n we all had to stand in 1spot to wait. It was very unorganized! Also when I asked for more cups or a btl of water it seemed to be a problem. Location was good for concert. Staff seemed all under pressure me didn't know what others were doing also asked for taxi n still waiting on it never again

Food menu is limited. Standard burger, fish'n'chips, curry, steak, wings. While the food is cooked well the menu is always the same and un interesting. Its not the healthiest either. Gym is an absolute joke. 3 machines in a tiny room. You need to remove the statement that the hotel has a gym. It gives the impression there is a gym when there isn't

The room was big and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. Room was very warm, left window open. There was a portable fan but opted not to use it. Good choice for breakfast. Parking is a bit tight going into the car park

We were in Dublin for a concert at Aviva Stadium. The hotel was super convenient to the venue and there were plenty of pubs and restaurants along the way. The walk always felt safe, even at night. Our room was comfortable and clean and we appreciated the housekeeping staff's efforts to refresh our room with our comings and goings through the day. Visiting from the states, we had an unusual 8am check-in time and the hotel staff was terrific about communication and making that arrangement before our arrival. The delicious breakfast buffet helped with our jet lag. It was awesome that the hotel leaned into the concert by playing the band's tunes out in the garden before the show and even offering post-show libations to concert goers in the downstairs lobby. We enjoyed learning about the history and architecture of the building. The hotel and grounds are beautiful! This was our third visit to Dublin and we wanted to stay in an area with a neighborhood feel; this hotel was perfect. We highly recommend it and will stay again on future visits.

Nice hotel. We had a room below the street level. Not a great view but good size room. Double with a twin and space for 4 large pieces of luggage. Nice wood floors. If it had one drawer back it was a very high tub in the bathroom. It could be had for children, short adults, or elderly people to get in and out of. Trust me I am short so I can honestly say that. Overly would be a great place to stay. A little ways away from the main part of Dublin but a short ride on the train which is a 5 minute walk. Yes, I would recommend it if you need a place and don’t want to spend a fortune.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood that is not too far from the city center. The airport shuttle and city bus stop is right in front of the hotel making getting around town is so easy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of breakfast options. Plenty of seating in the restaurant so there was no waiting for breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The room was clean and staff was excellent. However, there are no ice machines in the hotel. To get ice you have to call the restaurant and they will only bring up one bucket at a cost of €7. There are no refrigerators in the room either or microwave. Very basic and not like in the US AND Canada.
