The rooms were so cold all the time

Staff had no clue i was arriving, had lost room key and when i got to room it was freezing the whole stay

Slightly disorganised in terms of check in/check out, seemed to be possibly understaffed and could do with some modernisation. Friendly staff and nice enough rooms

The staff and the surrounding are was awesome. The building itself needs some attention.

This place looks and feels like it has not been updated in over a decade. While the restaurant staff were friendly and the food was good, there was a distinct lack of organization to our check in and check out. We paid upon check-in. Definitely falsely advertised as a quality hotel. This is a restaurant /bar with rooms immediately upstairs. Filthy carpets, sticky doors and terrible smells. The knob on the shower broke off in my hand and just dribbled. There was so much built up dust or mould in the room that I had to use my rescue inhaler for an asthma attack. Despite the place having overnight guests, the bar was booked for an 18th birthday party with a DJ that was so loud, we could hear the lyrics clearly upstairs, and it did not stop until 1AM. There was no warning that this would happen, nor opportunity to change our booking when we arrived. It's been 24 hrs since I messaged the property and no reply. I don't understand how this place is allowed to call itself a hotel.

The hotel is value for the price. The location is next to the bay which is nice. The food is good. The only comment is the room need a bit of maintenance.

Great location. Good food and friendly staff. Building in general is in need of tlc and investment.

Kind of run down, carpets kind of dirty, beds were clean, staff were good, there was a nice view of the bay on one side, but the road was right on the other side with some loud traffic. It was sufficient for our needs for arriving late and just needing a place to sleep and breakfast was hot food made to order and cold options, but overall I'm not sure I'd recommend it to anyone except for one night stopover.

Great Bar staff, unfortunately room was poor, severe electrics problem, no hot water for a shower, asked for poached eggs at breakfast, came back 10 minutes later with the breakfast, no eggs, told they didn't work!.

This place is TRULY so precious! If you’re looking for a GENUINE IRISH EXPERIENCE then look no further! The rooms and entry way could use a little TLC, but the staff and the ppl were so amazing and accommodating! The breakfast area overlooking the beautiful water was the perfect wake up call after spending a lively night in the pub in the next room over. Highly Recommend!

I wasn’t able to stay here due to booking complications, but the staff were so friendly and helpful and very efficient at sorting things out for us.

No hot water on second morning, found mould on toast

El entorno es precioso, y el personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno no está mal, pero el hostal deja bastante que desear. Necesitaría renovarse. La moqueta está muy sucia, la habitación olía mal, en las sábanas había 3 pelos, aunque parecían limpias, puede que se le cayesen a la persona que hizo la cama. Los muebles y el baño antiguos y podrían estar más limpios. La cama y almohadas eran cómodos. El jabón y papel higiénico escasos, pero pedimos más y nos dieron.
