Posizione incantevole, buon ristorante e personale cortese anche se parlano solo inglese. Struttura trascurata: lumi che non funzionano, scarico del water difettoso, saponette già usate nella doccia. Potrebbero investire qualcosa per migliorare lo stato delle stanze.

Very fun lively stay we definitely do it again and the food was great!

Rooms could use an update, but sheets and towels were clean, for a 1 night stay, just fine. Shout out to Mia, who was great, so adorable, she checked us in, waited on us later for dinner and a few pints, plus again for breakfast. Location was good for coming out of Killarney and heading to Cork. Views were exceptional!

Le petit déjeuner était très bien, copieux, traditionnel. Possibilité de dîner, ambiance de pub : très bien. Literie et salle de bains propres, mais l'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové.

Room was spacious and clean. All rooms are on the second floor, so luggage has to be carried up a narrow staircase. We were in room 10 which is a road facing room. There is no AC, common in Ireland, but road noise is loud with windows open. We stayed 3 days, Fri-Mon. Friday night there was a party with loud techno music literally vibrating our beds till 1am, with lots of after party parking lot noise, including lots of smokers outside our window with cigarette smoke coming in our windows. Saturday and Sunday were less loud, but huge bar crowds, traditional Irish music and dancing on Sunday night. All three nights parking was difficult to get at the hotel and had to park on street sides. This is evidently a party hotspot, great if you are into that. We were tired from a long day of sightseeing so not so good for us. On the positive side, the setting is beautiful and we had the best tasting complementary breakfast ever, try their ham and cheese omelette.

Great stay.

Ouvane falls was a lovely stay. Our room was overlooking the waterfront which was nice. Although there was a lot of door banging going on early n mornings. The food was lovely and the staff were helpful n friendly. Location was also good.

Slight miscalculation, but Laura rectified the problem. All was well, once we got a few beers in.

The carpet in our room was stained and there were a few stains on the pillows but the breakfast was good and in a stunning location right next to the river.

Great hotel and food but very poor service and rude staff, room was amazing with a lovly view but mattress was rock hard and very uncomfortable.

Réservez la chambre 112 ! La vue est juste fantastique, avec la chambre qui fait l'angle entre l'arrière de l'établissement donnant sur la rivière et le côté donnant sur la baie.

It’s okay for one night .Breakfast is ok,a bit annoying after all day travelling was noise from downstairs pub,music and people enjoying themselves till late night but it’s okay.Property needs improvement but the owner said that it’s happening at the moment.Stunning outside and view from our room.

Booked 1 night stay here during our trip. Money for good value! This is an excellent stay when you are on the budget and looking an easy going vibe (not expecting luxury nor modern setting), appreciate absolutely hearty delightful breakfast, lovely riverside atmosphere and a bit of a fun local pub culture downstairs! We reserved online but paid our stay upon checking in. The staff are attentive and professional who showed us into our room making sure we were settled. The room was clean and spacious with really comfortable beds, a private bathroom and good shower. There's plenty parking space and stunning views to the river with swans and other birds on the water front. We were absolutely blown away by delicious breakfast experience which I highly recommend to enjoy and I take the owner of the Inn was serving us himself. We enjoyed some lovely chats with him just before leaving and got really interesting stories and tips on a scenic drives on the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Had a lovely time here. My room view was beautiful of the lakeside. Bed comfy, unfortunately they had a problem with showers which did not work for one day. They handled the problem brilliantly. I was given a complimentary dinner. Much appreciated. Food great and breakfast scrumptious. It was like home from home. Thank you.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, aber leider sind noch nicht alle Zimmer renoviert. Wir hatten bedauerlicherweise das Pech, ein Zimmer mit einem schmalen Doppelbett zu bekommen. Wir sind mehrere Paare gewesen, die anderen haben schöne renovierte Zimmer bekommen. Dafür ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Dinner und Brakfest super, da gibt's nichts zu meckern. Die Lage und Aussicht ist super, trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es in den Zimmern angenehm. Gerne wieder.
