想像以上のホテルでした。接客が素晴らしく、ぜひまた訪れたいと思いました。

とても静かで、とても機能的なお部屋で、シャワーブースと、バスタブが大変立派でした。 シャワーブースが、とても使いやすかったです。 そして、とても快適でした。 負担が少ないと思いました。 長期滞在にも、とってもおすすめです。 そして、ホテルの人が、チェックアウトの際に荷物を移動してくれる時に、とても早くにお部屋まで来てくれたので、すごく快適でした。 ホテルの人々が、とても優秀です。 フロント、コンシェルジュも、とてもフレンドリーで、とても優れたホスピタリティーを提供してくれました。 駐車場無料なのも、とても助かります。 いちいち、駐車場のカードを使う必要が全くないので、とても快適です。 そして、夜は、門がしっかりとしまっているので、セキュリティーがしっかりしています。 ダブリン内で、一番快適で、一番かもしれません。 窓の防音装置がすごく優秀で、裏庭の噴水が見えるのですが、音が殆どしませんでした。 フロントの人が一人が、予定にあわせるために、数日にわけて予約をとっていたのですが、 わからなくて、少し困った人がいました。 ですが、それ以外に関しては、ホテルの人は、とても優秀で、とても優しかったです。 今後も、何度か宿泊したいと思う、とても優秀なホテルだと、そう思います。

Outstanding stay we got married on the day and the staff went above and beyond in every element of our stay from the moment we arrived in until we left ,our only regret was that we only had 1 night stay before we headed away on honeymoon

A 5 star stay should focus on the customers experience and check in and breakfast is where Powerscourt let itself down. We arrived at check in at 2pm and knew that the room might not be ready but we had spa treatments booked for 2:30. When we arrived at the desk the lady proceeded to fiddle with files and tidy up rather than start to check us in. She then said she would leave the keys at the spa reception so we could go straight to the room after as it would be ready by then. The keys were not at the spa reception when we asked and then at reception she told us that they were down there and almost expected us to go back down and get them- it was only when a manager stepped in and said to just issue two new key cards that she did! Breakfast is also €26 per person which is fine but then to have a supplement on top for certain items is just greed in my opinion and not in line with other 5 star hotels that we have stayed in where there focus at breakfast is on the customer having the best experience possible and provide the breakfast they want. Aside from those two points the hotel is beautiful and has lovely spacious and clean rooms

Fabulous hotel, very helpful staff, amazing location

The room was nice and clean, there was some wallpaper peeling off the wall and one of the lights in the room was not working. The staff were fantastic with the exception on one concierge at the sugar loaf bar who was very rude and dismissive.

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious

Hotel is beautiful. Extremely clean and well kept. We stayed during mid term break and struggled to get a booking in bar for dinner so had to eat in Enniskerry. Some work going on in the spa changing rooms which detracted from experience. Hotel itself and staff amazing throughout.

Basic room is enormous at over 45m sq and has huge comfortable bed, large bedroom, separate hallway with large spacious dressing room and large spacious bathroom with shower and bath separate. My only slight criticism would be the pillows on the bed. Not your typical 5 star down and feather combo but a hollow fibre style that wasn’t as comfortable or luxurious. Still pretty good.

Beautiful hotel & property, however for the price point & luxury hotel status I did not find staff (other than bell hops) to be very customer service oriented. I’ve received much better service in lower rated status hotels. In room one sink drain was stuck so draining, shampoo & conditioners were either not filled or pump broken as you could only get barely get any out & no turn down service which should be standard at this hotel class.

Comfortable and distinctive atmosphere. Superb restaurant, excellent breakfast also. Highly recommended.

Beautiful facility and a 10 minute walk to Powerscourt Estate.

All the staff are really friendly and helpful, the bed was the most comfortable I have EVER slept in ! the room was really well appointed and spacious only spoilt by the lack of view

Lovely hotel and staff. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Scenery and grounds were amazing. The breakfast was excellent too!
