想像以上のホテルでした。接客が素晴らしく、ぜひまた訪れたいと思いました。

とても静かで、とても機能的なお部屋で、シャワーブースと、バスタブが大変立派でした。 シャワーブースが、とても使いやすかったです。 そして、とても快適でした。 負担が少ないと思いました。 長期滞在にも、とってもおすすめです。 そして、ホテルの人が、チェックアウトの際に荷物を移動してくれる時に、とても早くにお部屋まで来てくれたので、すごく快適でした。 ホテルの人々が、とても優秀です。 フロント、コンシェルジュも、とてもフレンドリーで、とても優れたホスピタリティーを提供してくれました。 駐車場無料なのも、とても助かります。 いちいち、駐車場のカードを使う必要が全くないので、とても快適です。 そして、夜は、門がしっかりとしまっているので、セキュリティーがしっかりしています。 ダブリン内で、一番快適で、一番かもしれません。 窓の防音装置がすごく優秀で、裏庭の噴水が見えるのですが、音が殆どしませんでした。 フロントの人が一人が、予定にあわせるために、数日にわけて予約をとっていたのですが、 わからなくて、少し困った人がいました。 ですが、それ以外に関しては、ホテルの人は、とても優秀で、とても優しかったです。 今後も、何度か宿泊したいと思う、とても優秀なホテルだと、そう思います。

The property itself is beautiful, and I’m sure the rooms look amazing. However, I couldn’t even get past the check-in. My wife and I flew in on a Wednesday morning and got to the hotel and were excited to check in. I even called the day before and told them I land early and I was told they were most certainly accommodate an early check-in by 11 AM because they weren’t sold out of rooms apparently. Upon arriving, the Front Desk personnel that I worked with was already ignorant, rude, and seemed a bit racially motivated. She immediately said we do not do early check-in until 4 PM, however, after I spoke to her and told her I had already confirmed with someone the night before she went to the back, spoke to whoever she had to and came back and said we have a room that’s in ““ Cleaning stages and will be ready shortly. While that was happening, I asked her if there was an upgrade available to a balcony room she said there was she went over and chatted with another Front Desk personnel and granted me the upgrade for free after the other person said sure this was exciting until she told me that this room two is in Cleaning stages and will be ready by 12 PM to which I was fine with however 12 PM came 1 PM came 2 PM came and still no room then she tells me unfortunately I can’t check you in until 4 PM when I explicitly told her I have a wedding at 3 PM to get to. Instead of explaining to me that my original room I booked was ready to go, which another Front Desk person had told me

Everything is amazing

Room we received did not look like the pictures I booked online. We booked a deluxe room with a king bed which had a bath and shower in the room , however when we arrived we had been given a WC accessible room with no bath. This was extremely disappointing as we felt we paid quite a lot of money for this room and did not get what we expected.

We had a very poor experience staying at Powerscourt in 2026 - without sharing all the details, we made a serious complaint relating to room security and would never stay here again based on our experience.

This was our first trip to Powerscourt Hotel and we had a really enjoyable trip. Excellent room, staff and food/drinks. Everything of such an exceptional standard. Lovely place for walks close by and we really enjoyed relaxing drinks in the foyer area (Sugarloaf lounge) with great view over the garden area.

Food was fabulous. Rooms beautiful and very comfortable beds

I mean, could you ask for anything better? What a stunning hotel. Absolutely fabulous and I've stayed at top rated hotels all over the USA - and this one might top those. Whimsical, gorgeous, all of the things. Family friendly but still very romantic.

Did upgrade to suite on second floor with garden balcony, fabulous, just fabulous

Lovely staff and hotel. Room is very hot and there was brown water coming out of the sink so we avoided a shower etc.

Outstanding stay we got married on the day and the staff went above and beyond in every element of our stay from the moment we arrived in until we left ,our only regret was that we only had 1 night stay before we headed away on honeymoon

A 5 star stay should focus on the customers experience and check in and breakfast is where Powerscourt let itself down. We arrived at check in at 2pm and knew that the room might not be ready but we had spa treatments booked for 2:30. When we arrived at the desk the lady proceeded to fiddle with files and tidy up rather than start to check us in. She then said she would leave the keys at the spa reception so we could go straight to the room after as it would be ready by then. The keys were not at the spa reception when we asked and then at reception she told us that they were down there and almost expected us to go back down and get them- it was only when a manager stepped in and said to just issue two new key cards that she did! Breakfast is also €26 per person which is fine but then to have a supplement on top for certain items is just greed in my opinion and not in line with other 5 star hotels that we have stayed in where there focus at breakfast is on the customer having the best experience possible and provide the breakfast they want. Aside from those two points the hotel is beautiful and has lovely spacious and clean rooms
